Staff, location, spacious rooms and breakfast
Drug dealers in front of the hotel. It feels unsafe. Also the toilet was not clean, there were were yellow spots.
I liked being able to walk in to hotel straight from the underground car park. Rooms were alright, but not great.
Drug and cigarette dealers doing they business as soon as you walk out the hotel - didn't feel safe, especially walking with my wife and two young daughters. And bar charged 20€ for two shots of Jagermeister - overpriced.
Great breakfast, location itself great but not so much the people hanging around the area
Evening meal choucrs, not enough choice for vegetarians
Loved the hotel. I’d definitely return. The staff were all amazing - friendly, helpful and professional. The room was lovely and the breakfast options looked okay but it really wasn’t my thing - fry your own eggs and the usual meats and cheeses. The fruit was all fresh and tasty and there good quality juices and freshly baked pastries and good coffee. I didn’t personally benefit from paying the extra to include breakfast as I didn’t find enough vegetarian choices, so just took a very light option. Parking is perfect but ensure you know how to enter the underground parking as the satnav will try to take you to the hotel and you will need to drive around a horrid one way system.
The only downside was also, strangely, a benefit. As you exit from the Metro the hotel entrance is directly ahead but you need to get around groups of young men selling dodgy cigarettes and drugs. They actually blocked the entrance on one occasion when it was raining. That isn’t the fault of the property and I never once felt unsafe but it was a bit off putting for some.
The toilet
Everything. Starting from the info received before get into the hotel. The breakfast was poor with no options gluten free and lactose free even if I asked before book the hotel. The hotel is very far away from Paris centre and it is not a nice area where walk even in morning. Everyday out from the hotel very close to the enter there was a group of people that sell drugs and cigarettes and make you hard to get in the hotel. Some of them use the hotel as a rest area.
The location is very good, metro just in front of the hotel. Bus and tram just outside.
The person at the desk the day of check out. The black guy at the restaurant at the day we did the check out. I can say black guy, because myself I'm a black guy. Very rude, dont know how to talk with customers with respect. On the day we supposed to check out, I wanted to order breakfast for my family. I did not select breakfast while I was booking the room, so o was aware that if I need breakfast in the morning I have to pay. I went to the restaurant, the guy did not even greet me, he just asked my room number, then he told me you don't have breakfast included. I told him that im aware and I want to pay. To make the story short, the instructions were not clear and the guy should communicate well.Just a simple question should have been asked " how can I help you ". From there things would have been easier.
Room was good and spacious for family.
Breakfast options and everything was so time consuming. You have to make everything on your own.
Breakfast is good. Room is very clean. overall very good hotel.
Restaurant food was not to our taste. Pasta was too salty and could not eat. They gave one of the meal order wrong. (this may be due to language misunderstanding)
Location, cleanliness and breakfast as well
Close to train station, bus stop
Check in waiting time was very unacceptable
The room was clean, breakfast ok but not great
The fact that right at the entrance is full of drunk and drug people waiting makes you fell uncomfortable specially if you travel alone. Should be security there. For a 4 star not having a single kit in the room also makes you fell not welcomed. If you ask for an iron and nobody comes to bring it also nit very nice. If they say check in is at 12 on the website and they say 14 when you arrive not nice. It’s such a shame is a new hotel but not properly looked after. Staff is also not well trained. I would avoid this place.
Only room size
I booked 2 room for 4 adults. I was charged for 2 adults breakfast. Careful when you book this hotel. Location didn’t like. Passage smell, breakfast cereal never saw them, saw kids looking for proper cereal toeat, staff unhappy, don’t want to work, when I called the front desk know one pick the phone, so I went downstairs to the front desk and asked my husband to call, 2 staff doing nothing, did not pick the phone and put the volume down. Heard someone complaining food was not served. When asked front desk staff how safe is the place the staff had no answer. When u walk in or out of the hotel, there are young man selling cigarettes, they just jump on you to buy them. Early morning having breakfast saw some kind suspicious selling of something in the front of the hotel by one young man to a person in a car. Did not like the place and felt very uncomfortable. Location not at good.
Staff and the location was amazing.
Breakfast was a bit crowd and there was a huge queue to enter but the options available for the breakfast good enough.
Good location, excellent staff, clean room
Location
I asked at the time of booking if they accepted cash and the hotel confirmed it. The day before check in I informed them that I will check in late at night and will pay in cash and they again confirmed that cash was acceptable. But at the time of check in they said they accept cash only if check in is done during the day and not at night and was forced to pay by card even though I showed complete chat about payment in cash.
I really liked and enjoyed the staff. They helped me a lot! Not to mention, I have claustrophobia and they took my baggage to my room with the elevator for me.The room was also very very clean.
Although the location was favorable since it had the metro station and the tram station right in front of it, the area was really sketchy at night...
The main advantage of the hotel is its excellent location: it is literally right next to a метро entrance, which makes getting around the city extremely convenient. The city center is not far away and easy to reach. The room was clean and well maintained. Everything you would expect according to the hotel’s star rating was provided — no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention: it was absolutely incredible, with an impressive variety of options. Honestly, it is probably the best buffet I have ever experienced in hotels in Western Europe.
The only minor downside was that we called the reception twice to ask for slippers, which were supposed to be included with the room, but they were never brought.
