everything, no AC, the phone didnt work in case of an emergency, the elevator felt unsafe, the room was dirty with bugs in it, it was awful, i want a FULL refund.

One towel for two people, base sheet on the bed was so short that it comes off sow easily you end up sleeping on the mattress protector. Breakfast was very busy - not the team’s fault - but ran out of food and everyone was waiting for more to come out. Likely with the known number of guests a little more prep was required. But hey - it’s Paris - so not known for its service culture!!

Not the worst hotel I have stayed in, but the worst value for money hotel I have stayed in ever. This is a €90 per night hotel charging €190 per night.

The theme of the hotel was rather fun and its location was perfect. Rooms are a good size. The air conditioning was very welcome.

The room smelt bad. Like a fox had been there. I think it was coming out of the a/c but we couldnt turn it off as it was so hot.

The breakfast buffet was good! You could choose between bread, croissants, pancakes, eggs,… The hotel was close to Stade De France, where i went for a concert! (10/15min walk)Staff was nice, very friendly

The bathroom had mold on the walls. The room was fully carpeted but it had stains and looked dirty. The neighborhood didn’t look that great… a lot of homeless people, scary at night.Bed was hard

Convenient to stay in with an event at the Stade De France. We requested for a room move due to bites on arms and legs. Front desk very good at accommodating us for this. Once we moved rooms, the 2nd room was nicer/cleaner/bigger room and fan was provided for the 2nd night stay.

Air con broken during our stay. Sign said fans would be provided but front desk overnight said no fans available (there was one under the desk that we could see). First room small and dirty sheets. Unfortunately whether it was mosquitoes or other, we were badly bitten overnight with an open window on the 5th floor.

- Breakfast in line with other Ibis I've stayed at, with good bread, pastries, yogurt, cereal, coffee and fresh orange juice.- Great staff, very welcoming.- Location in relation to Stade de France, since I was there for a concert.

- No A/C in 33ºC Paris heat, and no previous information about it. We had to open the window but there was so much noise that it made for a very uncomfortable night.- Not very clean, a lot of stuff in the room had dust, the carpets needed a wash and there was damage in the ceiling and walls at various points in the room.- The hair dryer didn't work, water pressure was mid.

The price for one night was very high, but I think that was because of a concert in stade de france.

This hotel has everything that I find essential - the staff is kind and efficient, the room is clean, the mattress is in excellent shape, there's enough space in the bathroom to put your toiletries at hand, and the window opens wide. It's a relatively small hotel, so easy and quick to get about and to check in and out.I also found the location convenient for my business trip, as the meeting venue was within the walking distance, and then the RER B station is 5 minutes' walk away, which makes it easy to get to downtown Paris (oh, Paris...) in no time.

The only good thing worth mentioning about my stay is the bed, it was comfortable.

Almost everything about this hotel is negative, elevator not working, room is small with low sealing, no slippers, no toiletries, no kettle in the room, for drinking water you have to go to the receptionist.
