Modern and comfortable. Good bed and shower. Wide variety at breakfast.

Awesome rooms. And if you take the mid tier and top tier rooms, you get an awesome view of the Eiffel tower and Sacre Coeur. The base rooms do not have any views. Staff is courteous and the rooms are clean...Quite a bit far from the centre of Paris but well connected.

Price of rooms

Swimming pool had difficult process and did not worth to use.Staff behaved very bad.Room was not ready at 16:00!We booked two rooms with connecting door, but they send us to two different rooms!

ET view was great and most of the staff were nice and the location is next to Metro 13

No room service at all, no refrigerator in the room, no slippers, no iron, you can't ask for any extra towels or anything basically since there is no room service at all

The room was new and very spacious. However the toilet walls and floors were not clean and we ran out of toilet paper. The bathroom light flickered, there was no coffee pods ( even though there was a machine) for our entire 5 night stay. The front desk was severely understaffed and you had to wait for a very long time just to ask a simple question.

The cleanliness of the toilet- the walls were stained and the floor was not mopped our entire stay.

Good location. 2 train station near by. New hotel. Super clean.

Staff is very bad.Not helping with nathing.I need to help me with elevator enyone not speak is very bad.Never don't go hereee no have one coffee outside hotel.Breakfast is very bad not have nothing

3 stays, 4 rooms (because I didn't feel like changing room again) and every room had something wrong about it. Reception staff is nice but obviously new and I have waited more at this reception than I have in all other hotels cumulated. 2 of the 4 rooms had the A/C blocked on cold (18°C) when you'd want it on warm and even their technician could not even turn it off. A nice couple with a little girl told me it was 11°C in their room !!The last room I stayed in had a light sewer smell. SO FAR FROM WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT IN A 4 STARS HOTEL...Greatly overpriced, extremely poor realisation and a rather shady neighbourhood.

Where do i begin? The fancy new technology, from using the elevator, to turning lights on and off, without any instructions, was not at all user-friendly. A shower in the main room!Perhaps 2 friends sharing a room would prefer some privacy. Getting out of the shower meant getting the floor wet. Again, perhaps you do not even want your spouse to see you naked, dripping wet. There was very little table space. Given how big the room was, they could easily have put in some more counters and drawers.One time I almost got stranded because I could not get on the elevator without my key. The website said they had a swimming pool, but i did not know till i arrived that I needed to make a reserfvation. I have never stayed in a hotel with a pool that required that, including much lower priced budget hotels. Hence i never did use the pool because i could not plan ahead.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped with modern amenities.

Mini fridge was missing. It could be a great value addition. Also, the service could be a bit better when it comes to replenishing the coffee and tea supplies.

The bed is comfortable, and the metro station is in the front of the hotel.

Not being able to get the fresh air, and the deposit mentioned after the booking which is to be paid by card. The hotel stuff were nice, but had to deal with a lot of complaints (when we came to check in there were 8 people in front of us waiting to check in also) about the deposit. It could be avoided if the deposit was mentioned before the checkout page, but if it was mentioned I wouldn't have booked it.

Hi, My Room was not cleaned twice a time, and Always they forget to put some utilities such as water coffee, shampoo, etc..

Location is good, very close to metro and easy access to any part of city. The only good thing happened to us here is they gave us free upgrade to top floor room with Eiffel tower view which was amazing.

There was no room service, they will clean your room daily that means only putting back the same bedsheets. We stayed here for 3 nights and they did not even bother to change the towels as well. We ordered cake on the first day, and the used plates were there in the room till the last day. I didn’t understand what cleaners were cleaning in the room daily.They also charged us €75 on the day of checkin saying that its the deposit and the amount will be returned back after the checkout, however they have fast checkout that means leaving the room keys in some box at the reception with no information when the amount will be received back.The people in reception are not very friendly and whatever assistance i asked them they had only one answer about it “i have no idea about it we cant help you”.
