B&B HOTEL Saint-Denis Porte de Paris

The location

Everything!!the staff were rude and not helpful at all. The was soooo basic and the bed was uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place

All over very good

The address is not complete (Avenue du Docteur Lamaze, 93200 Saint-Denis, France) on the Booking.com website and it took me somewhere else. Also, I couldn't contact the Hotel by the number provided. Then I searched the hotel in Google and find out. The missing part is number 14 (Avenue du Docteur Lamaze 14, 93200 Saint-Denis, France.

There wasn't anything worth mentioning here.

I was provided with only one towel and had to go down to reception in the middle of the night to request an additional one, which was honestly not a pleasant experience.Additionally, there was no way to contact reception from the room, so I had to go downstairs every time I needed assistance. This was quite inconvenient, especially since I was staying on the 6th floor.

Clean and the room was nice

A bit far from the center but it's not their fault so the stay was pleasant. There is a tram station near.

Clean, modern. There are food machines in the lobby which is very usefull.

The hotel is very plesant, clean, quite , the staff was very nice

The only two things i would recommend is to put the hairdrier and few more towels in the bathroom

Good location and friendly staff.

Very small rooms with little amenities.

The room was quiet, the windows were soundproofed.

No wardrobe , the bed ready bad.

I like the location the staff the cleaness ans the bed

Friendly & helpful staff

A suggestion: Can improve the breakfast set-up to flow a bit better & have enough cutlery/ serviettes etc.

Poor

Unsafe environment. Family on same floor were robbed by force.Beds/pillows uncomfortable. No fridge/microeave in room.Dinner service unavailable later at night.

Great value for money and a really convenient location if you’re planning on having a late night at the Stade de France - about 25 minute easy walk. Definitely a better option than trying to get back into central Paris after the game! It’s basic but for the price has everything you need. Staff very friendly and check in and out is easy. Handy having some vending machines and coffee machine for late night snacks. Room comfortable enough. Bed good, and while small, bathroom is good and has a nice shower.

A few unsightly stains and things around the room made it feel slightly unclean. Nothing critical like bedsheets or anything but on the window sill, curtain and shower wall. For a one night, cheap stay near the Stade de France it’s acceptable for the price but if that sort of thing bothers you, you Koh it not like it.

VERY close to Stade de France. Bus and tram access close by. Perfect value for money.

Breakfast is extremely plain, and the eggs not great, but ok for the value for money.

The accommodation is basic but clean, staff are friendly.

The rooms were pretty warm, and the A/C didn’t do much to cool them down.

The hotel is far below my expectation, the value does not match with the price

everything about the hotel including the bed size, breakfast and all. What they provided isn't a proper breakfast, it was a complete disappointment to me, I had to sleep there for a night and wasted the rest of the nights as I had to find somewhere else to lodge for a far better vacation experience

It was very close to Saint Denis and so we walked to the concert. The breakfast was lovely like usual in the B&B hotels.

/

breakfast was closed.

I was bitten around 9 times- not sure if it ws bed bugs or mosquitoes. not happy

In general maybe only that was good it's a guest services agent. They tried to be polity and help with the questions, but they couldn't solve the problem I had.

The main problem is only three hair dryers in the whole hotel. There is no list of guests or room numbers who used the hair dryers, resulting in 24 hours without the opportunity to freshen up your hair, and that was only one day in Paris. For men this is not a problem, but for girls it is a problem. Very small bed without and mattres slide around on the bed.Only one towel for person.

Terrible decision

They should advertise it for what it is. They sold us lie. The bed was so uncomfortable, something bit my ears at night, oh and the poor ventilation.

The property was conveniently located near Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, making arrivals and departures easy. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and it was a pleasure interacting with them. The rooms and facilities were clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and fairly priced.

The property is a bit far from the center of Paris, so it’s more convenient for airport access than city sightseeing. During our stay, we had a few issues: a friend left a ring in the toilet, and it took several days and multiple visits to reception before it was returned. This experience with the housekeeping staff was somewhat frustrating. Additionally, one of the towels provided was dirty, the hairdryer is only available from reception upon request, and the shower door does not fully close, which causes water to spill out.
