The room was clean

The fridge in the room did not work and after 3-4 times asking the staff they finally said they can't fix it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and wonderful breakfast

Location was further out than I would have wanted

Breakfast is good. Facilities are very good (except for the fridge, which did not work). Location is ok. Not all employees were friendly, but most of them were nice.

Fridge out of service and I told the receptionist and he just ignored it.

It was close to the metro, breakfast was good every morning and the bed was very comfortable

Property was close to Stade de France

Towels weren’t changed twice we had to call down to get clean towels, room wasn’t serviced

We arrived a bit early from our flight from Mauritius but the staff made it possible to check in and get us to our room early, and they did it with a smile! Was very much appreciated.

We found the room quite hot and could not adjust the temp. But otherwise no issues!

I liked that the rooms were clean and spacious and sheet were nice

service was lacking. Communication wasn't great and the water cooler wasn't working well. Also, it should be communicated somehow that water needs to be topped up on our own. Perhaps on a note on the table or something.

Breakfast could have been better

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Perfect for a retreat after a day of meetings. The hotel seems to be newly renovated so there's some paint smell in the hallway. I also appreciate the female staff who addressed my concern regarding the door to the adjoining room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Location and reasonable value for money.

The way the staff packed breakfast away when guests were trying to still eat and have coffee. Extended breakfast hours are needed on the weekends. Say 8-11.am would be good.

Renovations are currently going on, and sounded like some one was sanding the ceiling directly below us, starting at 0830 Saturday morning. Apparently breakfast is the time that is best to clean and hover that area. Staff were cold one was outright rude and saw them shout at another guest who was apparently waiting for eggs. And saw them give up waiting in the end. After being told gluten free options were available before arrival. When requested the gluten free rolls arrived still frozen. When this was highlighted they were dumped on the side and nothing futher was done. So we also gave up on the option of bread too.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I was staying with my 6 year old son and I felt safe staying here with him.

The only very small gripe was they didn’t have English breakfast tea at breakfast time.

Perfect location to walk to the Stade de France

Booked parking, arrived and it was full, told to "drive about until you find somewhere" .... Not so professional really.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was awesome.

The smell im the hallway was unpleasant. It had a vinegar & old carpet odor.

Good staffs and location near to metro . Great experience .
