The location was wonderful. The room was tiny, but efficient. The breakfast was very good.

The staff was not proactive in the least. I felt as if I could only ask one question and beyond that, I was bothering them. I think their internet activity. I did not feel that my business was welcomed but rather felt like an intruder.

Great location to the palace and 2 train stations. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Breakfast was quite a bit more expensive than other French hotels we had recently stayed at. Also no tea kettle in the room.

My room was near the kitchen and behind the lobby. When I stayed, I could hear some loud laugh and shouts around 10 PM until 12 AM or so (perhaps some people were playing in the lobby or empty breakfast place). It seemed that the staff didn't even stop them, as I could constantly hear such noise.

Helpful but at times blamative service people. Horrible view of roof and buildings. Bed too big for the room. Reception phone not working.

The hotel is at walking distance from Versailles Palace, very close to about 4 restaurants - where we had breakfast and lunch.The room was very small, no A/C, just a fan which did not help too much, besides a little noisy. My husband and I found uncomfortable for this reason, but others in our group thought it was fine.There is only hand and body soap (used for shampoo as well).The hotel’s buffet breakfast seemed expensive for the options, so we found cheaper alternative close by.Front desk staff and water and coffee offerings were nice.

Small room, no A/C, no additional toiletries other than liquid soap, simple buffet breakfast.

Comfortable beds. Close to Versailles. Nice staff

Super location to enjoy all of Versailles! The staff we met were professional and helpful whenever we interacted with them. We hope to return soon.

The location was good. Tons of traffic on the main road to be expected as its close proximity to the Palace of Versailles. Low parking availability and tight fits for driving in the area, but still workable. The room was comfortable, but the sofa bed in the room had been well used to the point when sitting on the sofa cushions, you would slide off the front. The bathroom had a horrible smell, like old sewage in the pipes. The bathroom sink was tiny, but the shower was a nice size. Walking distance to nice restaurants and the Palace made it a good place to stay.

The hallways and staircases are a little worn and could do with a refresh. I'm not a fan of the hot drinks machine at breakfast.

The staff are wonderful, so lovely and really friendly, they made the stay feel like being in a home from home. The breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette freshly made each morning for us.

Room was cold - radiator did not heat up - lack of hot water - our room was on the 4th floor and the water did not stay hot long enough to shower .Would stay again but on lower floor

I liked the patio, + table and chairs, the shower room and peace and quiet in the evenings. A lovely location and a short walk to the tourist attractions and shops and cafe.

The toilet door was too near for comfort on wc, so sat quietly sideways!!

The staff were lovely, it was fresh and clean and a great location.

There was o my a fan in the room. It really needs air conditioning

Rooms were very nicely decorated, clean and convenient to our needs.

I was surprised there was no airconditioning, just the fan and the window.
