The location was excellent

The room had only one window on the ceiling, the round bed took up almost the entire room. It was dated and not well maintained

I loved the hotel. A little old and beds are old but is excellent fro vacation if your only going to sleep here

The decoration and cleanliness

I was charged double. Booking.com charges me and the hotel employee told me they had just the reservation,not my credit card charge and I haven’t received my refund.

Location is very good and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, they speak very well English. The rooms are rather compact, but clean and renovated bathrooms. Very good value/price ratio. The traveler gets a clean room, quite place to sleep and an excellent location to discover Versailles.

Firstly, location is perfect - right by Versailles Palace and the amenities around it. We travelled by train and walkable from station too. A very warm welcome and all staff members helpful. There is much renovation going on as of August 2025 BUT it does not interfere with a good night's sleep, no disturbance during the day and am sure it will look fantastic when finished. Bed very comfortable, new shower in our room and everything you'd expect to find in a hotel room. Stayed 2 nights, bedding and towels changed. Did not have breakfast but it looked like a fantastic spread. Also, lovely little courtyard for an early evening drink!

Just note renovation going on. Check with hotel if you have concerns but, as mentioned, does not detract from rooms or service.

Convenient for visiting Palace of Versailles - an easy walk away.We had a private roof top garden with sun beds and a table and chair.

Wonderful location, right between the Rive Gauche train station and Palace of Versailles, tucked away in a quiet street. The room was very cosy and cute, with huge windows overlooking the street and plenty of storage space for a solo traveler or even a couple. Bathroom was great and very clean too. The breakfast next morning was hearty and delicious, as I was heading to the Palace for the whole day after.

The rooms are built in close proximity to each other and there can be some noise from adjacent rooms. However, I quickly got used to it and it did not bother me during my stay.

Wonderful friendly staff. Great location, just steps to Versailles palace and grounds. Easy stroll to restaurants and shops.

It is literally some minutes walk from the castle and from the train station. They are doing renovations at the moment but personnel was friendly and is located in a calm neighbourhood.

Recently renovated with fresh and high quality finishes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Versailles Palace and around the corner from a good mix of restaurants. Next time I'd consider using it as a base and take the train into Paris.

None. Renovations were ongoing in one of the rooms but only during the day when guests were out. Very considerate of them. Well done!

the hotel is located near to the castle and the centre of Versailles.

the hotel was in refit and we had to listen to banging going on next to our room all day on a saturday. we did think to move the next day but it was Sunday and we were assured there would be no more banging. The room was pretty small and the bathroom quite small down a kind of narrow passageway. the decor of the room was quite nice. no view but we did have a terrace we could have used in summer. as it was winter we didn't really venture out. the lighting was LED throughout and is always my scoring automatic - 2 points. The staff are ok and one did bring me a coffee unto the room so top marks for that. parking is difficult anywhere in versailles but if you come by car its not very easy to park nearby on the street.

Location: a few minutes walk to Versailles Palace. Also close to shops and places to eat including a laundromat.

Several flights of winding stairs —-needed help with luggage as there was no lift.

Cheap, well located, clean and excellent staff. No extra deposit cost.

Hotel Reception very welcoming.Some good cafes and restaurants nearby - as well as the main attraction of Versailles - the palace.
