    Pros +

    • The hotel is just a 3-5 minute walk to the front entrance to Versaille. Lovely breakfast. Spacious room. The gentleman that helped us at check in made us feel quite welcome, and helped us locate a replacement part for a work computer.
    • The location was perfect, incredibly close to the Palace. Place Hoche is a block away and has a great bakery in front of Notre Dame. The big market is just another few blocks beyond that. The hotel was tucked away on a small road that was quite cute.
    • The location is amazing, its close to everything, I would strongly suggest to purchase your activity or visit through the website because the hotel doesn't offer any tourist events. Rooms are clean, great size, and staff are very friendly.

    Cons -

    • The woman at the front desk our second day left us with a feeling of being unwelcome. Generally, the hotel was still lovely, despite her manner.
    • Was just a bit noisy in the morning and the view was of a parking lot.
    • The rooms were not that large.

Location was incredible, staff super friendly and place was well kept.

The rooms were not that large.

Location. That is really all that we liked about this hotel.

Make no mistake, this is not a 4 star property. You are paying for location and nothing else. The staff would not help us with our bags, the mini fridge didn’t work and when I asked about it, the staff just shrugged and did not offer to help. The carpets are dated and paint was chipped off in several places. It feels very old, not well maintained, and should not be listed as a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star at best. Pay for the location but curb expectations.

Large room for 3 female friends. Plenty of space Room was well appointed. Rather small bathroom but worked. Hotel is pretty on inside. Not impressive outside. Front desk helped with ordering bottle of wine. Convenient location near Palace which was closed, being a Monday. But, walked gardens for free and they were really pretty. Good restaurants nearby.

Outside could be spruced up a bit.

This hotel is literally across the road from the Versailles Palace. This is the second time I have stayed here and opted for a larger room. Cant fault the location if you are wanting to visit the Versailles Palace. Had a great night's sleep - the bed was very comfortable! The plus for me was having a shower and not shower over the bath!! This time round, I made sure to book a larger room. We were on the 5th floor and woke up to a light snow fall which is rare in Paris. The buffet breakfast was great, its a lovely quaint hotel. Will stay here every time we come to Versailles!

Perfect location! Very comfortable and beautiful entry, restaurants near. The room was great but could use a little upgrade or touch ups to aging interior for the price of the rooms, but nothing but esthetics. Had great parking for stay easy to access and bring in luggage

Had a small difficult time finding the place due to if you come from one direction you do not see it. Maybe more clear directions.

    Perfect location and comfortable room

We stayed for only one night, everything was ok

So close to the palace and a restaurant with wonderful food just up one block. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great.

    Location

At first it didn’t meet my expectations for a “high service” hotel. No restaurant, etc. However, it grew on us and realized that as a good hotel it was fine. Room was big and comfortable, because I purposely booked a bigger room. Parking was an adventure due to tight corners, but it was safe and secure and connected to the hotel. There a many fine restaurants in the neighborhood, especially in the St. Louis Historic Quarter. Hotel staff is friendly and responsive. And across from the Palace of Versailles, which was the purpose for our visit. We even extended our stay one night.

One staff member was very service minded and really tried to recover from the initial negative impression.

Arrived around midnight and was checked into a room that had not been cleaned since the previous guests, got a new room probably in the same rate category but not as nice. Expected more from the breakfast at a this rate.

Close to everything and nice hotel

    Parking garage was very tight

Dry clean and comfortable as well as very close to the palace of Versailles

    Well appointed lobby and rooms.

The hotel is nice, the staff were all excellent. The hotel is super close to the Palace which makes starting and ending the day so much better than catching a train or boarding a bus. The parking was super easy. Great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Not really a complaint as it's just something that you notice, the entry to the room is painted really dark and at first it's a little disorienting but the room itself is nice and opens up nicely once past the entry way.

    10ChirpichPosted on: 6-20-2025

It was right next to Versailles and several restaurants. Quiet and coolThe parking garage is behind and under the hotel so it was nice it was our car was not on the street The breakfast was the best!!!

    Proximity to palace and restaurants.

Parking for 20 euros would have been well worth it but spaces were very small and difficult to fit ordinary sized car.
