Pros +
- Super friendly staff. Clean, tastefully appointed room. Excellent breakfast with friendly service. 10 minute walk from the Chateau. Great value for money.
- the hotel is really well located (walkable to major sites and restaurants) and our family loved the billiards table. the rooms were small, but nicely appointed and the bedding was quite comfortable. The room was very clean. Default check-out at noon was nice.
- It was very cozy. The employees were so incredibly nice. The people doing the breakfast were just amazing. They made us delicious food and took care of our needs (i wanted decaf, the search for it) besides, food was so delicious and extremely fresh. It seemed to be home made.
Cons -
- No hotel parking but we found a spot around the corner.
- The wifi worked great in 1 room and not at all in our teenagers' room (on the other side of the hotel). We could hear people talking in the room next to us. The walls are very thin. We checked in late and were given the key to a wrong room. The wall-mounted, old fashioned hairdryer in the bathroom was not great. The TV only had regular French stations - no English language movie channels or Netflix. Parking is paid only (we parked on the street which was less expensive than the private hotel rental spots at a nearby cathedral).
- We asked for two single beds and they were on the same base, not really separate even though we re two single mattresses.

Convenient location
Parked on the street, should have moved to cathedral garage, didn’t realize how much it would cost to pay for day parking on street
The furnishings were a bit dated but very well kept. Bed was comfortable! The staff were very polite.
Location perfect…Very good and friendly Breakfast
The size of the rooms… stayed twice at the beginning of our trip and had the end in one month…rooms were very small
The location of this hotel is a short walk to the Palace of Versailles, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The breakfast offered a variety of choices from breads, pastries, cheese, cold meat, cereal, juices and coffee or tea. We were able to have a different breakfast from the choices during our 2 night stay.
Parking situation - a loading zone in front of hotel would have been helpful for people to unload or load their luggage and then park in a lot.
Clean, large shower, good size room! Coffee, tea and kettle in room. Location was perfect for visiting the palace. Great friendly staff!
Very good location especially to visit Versailles Palace. We managed to get a parking spot right outside. Friendly staff and a perfectly adequate breakfast.
Carpets could do with being replaced. Also the blankets on the beds were worn and a terrible sludge colour which didn’t help
Cleanliness, ambience and friendliness of the staff.
Bed was not very comfortable. The mattress sagged in the middle.
Close to restaurants and shopping
Tiny shower but we understood the historical significance.
Stuff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is outdated, but it seemed to be clean enough for one night.
Proximity to attractions, cleanliness, friendliness and helpful staff
Good location
We didn't have room made up second night, so we had to ask for more coffee sachets, I think more coffee and tea could be provided,It would be good to have air conditioning
The hotel was conveniently located, the staff was quite friendly and the breakfast buffet was well stocked and staffed with nice people.
Parking was a challenge for those of us who are not used to very tight parallel parking!
Instead of storing our luggage from an early flight as we had planned, they let us check in hours early and even let us have breakfast. Amazing service.
Good location. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast included.
Basic
Staff was very friendly, everything was clean, location was super safe and only about a 15 min walk from the palace. They even let us check in early! Super cozy place to stay.
The hotel has an old charm and homey feel with upgraded bathroom/toilet facilities. The hotel staff especially the manager provide a very personal and top notch service.
Location is great! 10 minute walk to the train station, and about 15 minutes to the palace of Versailles. Very quiet street. The staff are warm and welcoming. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed.Very nice breakfastThere is also an excellent seafood restaurant just across the street.
