Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace

Quiet, clean and for the most part, great staff.

Rude check in staff. Would not let us check in with our two young children even though the reservation said a maximum of 5 people.

Location to Versailles.

they need to provide atleast complemnetary water at this price range

The palace building was beautiful. We liked the gardens, restaurants and pool.

We were very disappointed to know that the pavilion rooms are not only in a different building but it is a drastically different experience. It felt like a standard Hilton convention center. The common spaces were poorly decorated and maintained. Our room had AC issues, the first brought us a fan, then moved us to another room that had the same issues. It was 80f in our room for our entire stay. The fact that the cost made you think you would have a Waldorf Astoria experience and it was just a step up from a Hilton airport hotel it was very very disappointing.

Good location for touring the gardens, really as close as you can get.

Everything seemed to be broken or out of order. In the middle of the summer, the entire pool, steam room and hamam ere apparently under construction. Several elevators were always out of service. The building in the back of the property is a glorified motel, unfortunately, and has thin walls and doors so you can be woken up by any activity in the hallways. Oh, and the aircon does not work. This was a beyond disappointing hotel for the value and I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Room Ok but beds way too soft and so uncomfortable I slept on the floor one night as the bed had no support

Sink did not hold water in the bathroom. Glass removed from room and not replaced. shower not easy to work out. Place felt unloved and needed attention to paintwork and plasterwork. Groundman's leaf blowing gravel car park to clear leaving my new Range Rover covered in half in of white dust. No Atmosphere.

Breakfast fine, restaurant ( Veranda) limited capacities at weekend…and the menu to be improved..the curry was no curry at all

Love the Trianon Palace, it is a special place for us and we enjoy so much the kind staff, the facilities, the location is magical. We will be back for sure!! to enjoy the spa, the pool, and everything....love this hotel

it was not our first time staying, but was the first time we experienced difficulties with some problems that were happening with the pipes of the building, in our first room they were liking, then they changed us to a suite and it smell like soomething was really bad with the pipping structure, but they took care of it and had a team fixing the damage that was large and accidental. Also the TV does not have the option to connect to NETFLIX or any other network provider and that nowadays is not possible.

Rooms could have more warmth and chic design. For example, the chandeliers in the rooms definitely could be changed for something more elegant/ prettier.

Everything! The location, my room, the amenities, afternoon tea, dinner (the burger is amazing!), breakfast. Every single member of staff that I countered made me feel at home. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. 7-10 mins walk from the main streets of Versailles, and approx15 mins walk from the Palace.

well, we liked Everything...The food was fabulous. The architecture fabulous. The ability to WALK into Versailles fabulous. The staff Fabulous. Perking our rent car was so easy.

I would only have wanted to know that the rooms in the "Main" hotel may be more expensive but worth it. We didn't mind walking across the courtyard but would rather not have had to do that. Would have love have known that the beautiful SPA had a dance class.
