location and friendly staff

parking was terrible and expensive. very cramped and narrow. would be impossible for anything other than compact car. Even then drivers parked over or on the line making it challenging. The room is tiny' the bathroom even smaller.

The continental breakfast was superb.

I had to terminate a few small insects in my room upon arrival due to the screenless windows being left open to keep the room cool. I guess they didn't want to use the AC.

Great location for visiting Versailles Palace and for getting the train into Paris. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. Bed was very comfortable.

The doors bang when closing. It was a bit annoying during the night.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the palace. Room was quite small but clean, bed was comfortable and shower reasonable.

There was an underground garage for parking which was fine, with a reasonable charge to park there, but access to the garage was a bit difficult and confusing for me

The location was perfect location to chateau and just across the street to the train station. The train takes you directly to Paris and pretty much wherever you need to go. I loved that Versailles is less crowded and more provential.

The rooms were tiny but the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The photos are not in line with reality. The rooms are very small, the toilet is a cubicle and the rooms are bare and lack comforts.

Rooms are horrible and small.I became clostrophobic with this room.

That said, there are some definite positives: we stayed during an intense heatwave, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were comfortable, it was quiet at night, and the location is fantastic for visiting the Palace of Versailles – just a short walk away.

The room was quite old, and everything felt very worn, so don’t expect too much in terms of interior or comfort. You can pay an extra 30 euros and stay in a much nicer hotel in the same building.

Was an excellent location , close to the train station and near the palace and very accessible to all locations even Paris City centre

Very close to Versailles. You can valet your luggage which was a good perk.

Room was tiny. Minor things: some light switches and light fixtures did not work, door didn’t close independently and windows did not close properly.

Traveling with pets and the location was very accommodating with a lower floor! Location was perfect for our Versailles experience :)

Cleaning could have been improved; but customer service was perfect.

Very close to the Versaille Palace. Easily walkable. Underground parking, which was tight but appreciated.

Everything at this hotel was fine, but the room was very small. Tiny bathroom, not much room to open up a suitcase.

Location near to the Chateau.

Parking wasn’t clearly signposted so ended up parking a good walk away which was not good with luggage.

Located at the historical heart of Versailles and just a minute walk from the Castle, the hotel was nice and comfortable.

Room size is decent. Very accessible location as it is near the RER C train and walking distance from chateau Versailles.

There was a leak near the door and may be from the air condition.

Friendly staff. Great location.

Mold in the bathroom. Room hasn’t been renovated for ages. It shows. Room feels gritty, loveless and cheap.

Excellent central location, great breakfast and service! The reception staff were especially supportive.

Room was relatively small but was excellent value for money!
