    • The staff is extremely friendly and went out their way to help us. I really appreciate how accommodating the staff was.
    • Location was perfect for our needs. Terrific breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
    • Large and clean rooms.

    Cons -

    • The room was very very small even by Europe standards. We could not even find space to open our suitcases all the way. Very clean though.
    • When making reservations I was not aware how limited the car park is. It would help if a space could be reserved at booking to assure a space available.
    • The location of the hotel. The chateau was 25 min walk from the hotel.

    Great location, friendly staff

The staff and the room were highlights—as well as the water station and location related to things to see in Versailles.

That breakfast was an extra charge.

Comfortable hotel, great and variable breakfast with plenty of options. Water free station near the lobby. Recreation area with games. Comfortable beds. There is a grocery shop and restaurant nearby. Reception staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located some walk from Versailles main attractions and train stations - more like a residential area. It seems close but it is a walk, especially when it was ice cold raining.

    spacious room

The reception tried to charge me an extra city tax fee which was already paid on booking.com. The lock didn't work on the door of the first room they gave me, I had to request to change it. The AC makes sounds.

    Modern and nice

Some details didnt work. There wasnt anyone at the bar when we wanted to order, removing the plug from the bathtub was difficult (atleast we didnt figure out an easy way). A bit short staffed it seemed. Even if its sunday the reception shoulnt be alone.

Friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Good base for exploring Versailles and short walk to train station for an easy journey in to central Paris - which was exactly what we wanted.

Car park very tight (underground) and no electric car charging - but there was a fast charging a few hundred yards from the hotel.

Access very complicated- no parking around - very bad food at the restaurant very bad presentation and service very bad , . Welcoming zero . A big thank you Mathieu front desk - he is the only one in this hotel who is professional and did a good job !

The staff was excellent and welcoming. We were comfortable and felt safe in our environment, especially my three children ages 12, 10, and 8 years of age. The restaurant sur place was great as well as bar for late night meals due to our jet lag coming from the US.

The front desk attendant was pleasant.

The property was tired and in need of maintenance and upkeep. The location was also pretty far away from the center of the center and any restaurants or cafés.

    Location

The AC controller in the room was not functional; however, upon informing the staff, they tried to adjust- still too warm, but the effort from the staff is appreciated.

Front desk staff exceptionally helpful including help in making arrangements to park car for several days while we Ubered into Paris. Room was very comfortable

We prefer Novotel for our family trips, because of the standard concept.

Car park was full, we couldn't park at the hotel. The family room was for 4 persons, but we had only 3 sets of towels ready in the room. All the sampoo and shower gel was empty, we wait for half an hour for the delivery of the new ones, We had a late check-in, and the staff was limited for the night shift, the one at the reception takes care of these inquiries, there was no room service at that time. Normally the pillows for the kids bed has to be in the closet, we have to ask for them. The room was not well prepared, breakfast was average comparing the other Novotel's...

Looks just like the pictures. Great location!! Short walk from train station. We bought the 5 day bus/metro pass in Paris and it covers Versailles. Fantastic food at the hotel. Highly recommend their breakfast!! Most gorgeous street market one road over!!! Largest I’ve seen, the whole street! Gorgeous produce… actual food…Bus stop right in front… but short walk to Versailles!!Water crafts to bring up to your room. Elevator. AC.Clean. Lovely. Highly recommend!

My sister booked a room… a suit or something to share with her son and his wife. The shower wall was glass into the bedroom. It has a switch to turn on a privacy film… but you could still see a very good silhouette. Fine for a married couple… but heads up if you’re looking at that room to share with family members. ;)

Staff were great and helpful. The room was a good size.

It is a little inconvenient because you have to walk up stairs from the parking garage

    Clean, comfortable and good location.

Staff at reception is not the most friendly and doesn’t have great English.

The cleanliness! The welcoming receptionists the hotel facilities and location. The highlight of our stay was the diner it was exceptional quallity taste texture and served at ideal temperature ! One of the best so far I have tried in France.

For the diner to be served we waited for more than 45 min and another 15 min for deserts. The breakfast was just ok. Not impressed by the quality and variety (pancakes and waffles were ready-made) same for the croissants they were not fresh.
