ibis budget Flers Les Grands Champs

Decent cold breakfast. Good value. Helpful staff. A basic Ibis Hotel - cheap and cheerful.

Bed wasn’t overly comfortable. Only 2 outlets in room. Compact size. We had to ask for extra pillows.

Good location. Very basic room but clean. Nice staff

Mattress and only one pillow

Cheap and location and staff.

One very small pillow. Thin quilt. No USB points in room. No electric points near bed! No coffee or tea facilities - the vending machine in reception was not working.

does what it says on the tin , friendly staff, delicious breakfast. comfortable nights sleep.

The room a little basic . The smell of previous smoking in the room .

Small rooms with comfortable beds, shower and bathroom. Overall clean. Booked two rooms one was good other one was stinking of cigarette smoke. Wasn't nice experience on our second stay. Previous year was slightly better. But its 2 start hotel and its supposed to be budget hotel so overall ok for our overnight stay. Staff was also helpful. Very close to some food restaurants and overall good location. Not very far away from motorway Overall positive experience, shame about the one specific room of that specific cigarette smell.

Our room was stinking of cigarette smoke. Hotel was fully booked so couldn't have different room unfortunately Staff gave deodornat to spray around in our room. Left the doors and window opened to be ventilated, that sorted the bad smell.

Organised, lclean and a good breakfast

I don't speak French and they charged me twice for the same stay. I didn't get a refund as the manager wasn't there and there were communication issues.

Being overcharged

Checkin and breakfast was good

The room was warm, shower not separate from room

Good value budget hotel. Breakfast was particularly good.

The smell in the rooms.

everything, except room small, but for the money, it was fine for one person. might be cramped for 2.

Helpful and available staff. Very convenient and good option for a stopover. Decent breakfast as well.Bed and bed linen were completely fine and the room however basic well organised.

Clean and comfortable bed.Continental breakfast is available at an extra cost but was lovely.Staff very friendly.

Number keypad on room door.Toilet and shower in separate cupboards but basin in the bedroom. No soap on basin.

Friendly staff. Helpful.

Breakfast never has gluten free options so most of food available cannot be eaten.

Basic facility ( as you'd expect for the price) but clean room. Nothing to complain.

Industrial area.

expensive for the quality of hotel room - shower door coming off it’s hinges, the pillows were tiny and flat (obviously

poor quality, noisy and expensive

Good atmosphere, friendly and polite receptionist at check-in. The hotel is functional, clean and comfortable. Conveniently located on my route from Caen to La Rochelle. Excellent value for money.

I have no criticism of anything.

room very clean

room above was a bit noisy but stopped before midnight.
