Pros +
- Location is good.
- It is located half a block off of the Camino Mozárabe on a narrow street, it is blocked by other buildings from the noise of the city, so it is quiet. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. They have an excellent HVAC system. There is a grocery right across the street, and several restaurants within walking distance.
- Mercedes and her staff were more than helpful. I had a couple of personal issues and they couldn't have been more helpful. Town center location but no noise from the streets. SPOTLESS !
Cons -
- The hotel shares an entrance with a Bar. The cigarette smoke from the bar is horrible, and the cigarette smoke gets into the elevator and can actually be smelled in the hotel.
- I struggled with the door entry system but Mercedes didn't hesitate to help me.
- Nothing. It was perfect

Didn't get the room I paid for as I paid for a large double with balcony and view of the town. Was given a twin with no views and unfortunately staff were not available on hand to discuss this but the room I had was sufficient for my needs

The location. Friendly staff.
Shower was very old spreading water in all directions. Bathroom hub with old someday White curtain. Very outdated. Only one powerplug working so chaging phones one by one.
Excellent location, very friendly staff. Lovely room and this time we had a kettle in the room so an added benefit.
The bathroom is looking a little tired.
