Amazing Hotel. Service is 5*, all the staff we met are friendly and professional.We were given an unexpected room upgrade on checking in, and it was a huge room with it's own pool.Food choice exceptional.Could not fault anything.Close to Lindos, approx 12 euros each way in a taxi.Few local tavernas within walking distance.We will return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which really made the atmosphere special. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, well-maintained, and offered everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The restaurant was also outstanding – the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return.

The only small issue we experienced was in the bathroom, where the bathtub had a minor leak. However, this was quickly fixed by the staff, and it didn’t affect my overall stay.

Everything! Really perfect hotel, swimming pools r great, close to private beach. Full of green areas , warm and welcoming staff. Great food. And also upgraded us to a bigger nicer room. We 'll definately come back!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic!The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The maintenance is impeccable, and they pay attention to even the smallest details.The pool and private beach are amazing, and the food is excellent. Their app is great—it allows you to do everything, from ordering cocktails to your sunbed to asking the reception a question. Everything is so easy and convenient, making it effortless to just relax and enjoy.The magical gardens add an extra touch of beauty, making it a delight to simply walk around the property and take in the serene surroundings.The room with the private pool is incredible, and in general the place is very family- and kid-friendly.We can’t wait to be back again!

The only aspect we found a bit uncomfortable was the temperature in the dining room during dinner. For some reason, it was warmer than we expected, which was surprising given how meticulous everything else was.It didn’t seem to bother others, so it might just be us, but after a long day in the sun, we really appreciate a cool environment when having dinner and drinks.

Good number of pools. Excellent and Hardworking staff in the Hotel and Restaurant. Friendly staff. Good food. Clean Rooms and corridors. Thoughtful Manager planning to leave some food for our late arrival.

Manager said he upgraded our rooms! Even then, we felt that one of our room is very small that did not match the pics. ( I wonder what would be the size if it was not upgraded!!) No information regarding the sight seeing in the Hotel rooms. The rental car service just out side the hotel have provided more information than the people in Hotel. No Complimentary Water given in the room in spite of weather of 37 degrees. No water fountains anywhere in the Hotel. No service for re-filling the water bottles! Air conditioning not enough in the big family room and have to request several times to provide fans!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Food is quite good. Pools are good.

Don’t get me wrong, the overall experience was nice.However, this hotel is presented as a 5 star hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel. A few less satisfying points:1) We took half board for 3 persons. As half board you don’t access to the indoor pools at the spa. Not treatment of course, but not even the pools.2) Air conditioning at the dining area is AWFUL! Very very hot. They say it’s air conditioned, but it doesn’t feel like that.3) At dinner, they pretty much try to push you to buy drinks. There a small amount of water pitchers which are not even visible at the buffet area. You can’t get normal water at the table unless you pay.4) Additional activities quite disappointing. Snooker costs money, table tennis outside next to the pool, which is obviously very hot.5) Last night we had a HUGE amount of ants in the room. Had to switch room for the last night. The staff was helpful and came up with a solution quickly.

The staff are absolutely brilliant, wonderful location and food / entertainment is great!

Nothing!

The hotel is pretty good, but it’s far from the city, so you’ll need a taxi to get there. The on-site restaurants are okay, but nothing special. It’s easier to go outside the hotel where you can find cheaper and tastier food with better service. On the plus side, the breakfasts are very diverse, the beach is great, the rooms are excellent, and the cleaning service is good.

Hospitable stuff, very nice welcome, very tranquil place perfect to unwind and relax, really great food in a la carte restaurant + seafood dinner in the main one was delicious, nice hotel app with chat support :)

I have just returned from a trip with my daughters and young grandson and the staff at the hotel could not have been nicer to us. I would like to say a special thank you to Gabriela and to the hotel manager for their generous hospitality . We were made to feel very welcome and special . The food throughout the hotel was lovely . We ate in the main restaurant a couple of nights and then also tried the Italian and Asterias a la carte restaurant both of which were excellent . There are several pools to choose from and we had no problem finding sun loungers at anytime . We also had various Spa treatments at the lovely Spa and again the staff were so kind and helpful. Lindos is only a short bus ride from the hotel and well worth a visit . I don't often go back to the same place or hotel but I think this will be an exception .

I honestly can't think of anything negative

From the moment we arrived until the minute we left we were made to feel so welcome. Gabriela, Lefteris and the entire team went out of their way to make our stay special. The room was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Premium toiletry products were provided and everything was just perfect. The food in the restaurants is of excellent quality and there is decent evening entertainment. If you call reception or room service, nothing is too much trouble. In terms of location, the Atrium Palace is situated on the east coast, about ten minutes drive from Lindos which makes it even more perfect. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

Nothing. It was perfect!

The room was upgraded, the staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was great' rich and can fit anyone's taste, as well as well as dinner at some of the hotel restaurants. we wanted to mention especially two in the staff - Gabriella, who initiated some of the upgrades and extras we've got, and Eleni Karaginni (receptionist) who was very helpful on anything that we needed.

The fact that the vacation ended :)

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. Atrium Palace was recommended by a friend of mine. And it didn’t disappoint. Welcomed by friendly staff and a glass of Prosecco, a nice way to start. The customer care is phenomenal. You also get the feeling everyone working at this Resort really truly enjoy working there. There’s a nice pool bar, sit in the water up to the bar and have a yummy cocktail. You can order food at one of the 5 pools and they bring it right to your lounge chair. At the beach and pool towels are provided so that you don’t have to tote a beach/pool towel along with you. The breakfast buffet is quite overwhelming at first, with all the choices. After a day or two, you know what you want and can go straight to it. Also, if you’re health conscious there are some good options, lots of veggies, baked eggplant, peppers and zucchini very tasty and also eggs to order. Very attentive staff at the breakfast buffet. We didn’t take the half board, so we only ate dinner one night at the Zen Restaurant, great Sushi. There are two good restaurants next to the hotel. We also had a car, so we ate in nearby towns or at a beach tavern after a day out. There’s a supermarket at the hotel and one next to the hotel, where you find everything you need. The hotel is otherwise very generous about giving out mineral water free of charge. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, always fresh towels if you need them and anything else you need they are very helpful. The great thing about this hotel is that no other big hotels are around and you don’t have the feeling it’s as big as it is. You’re made to feel like the only guests, treated so nice. And last but not least, a trip to the spa is well recommended. I had a pedicure and my husband and I a couples massage. So relaxing and one of the best massages I have had while staying at a resort. One of the best overall stays in a long time. Job well done Atrium Palace.

Could have stayed longer. A very relaxing place to pamper yourself and to be pampered.

We really enjoyed the location - it is essentially a stand alone hotel, not a part of some tourist ghetto. The surroundings felt safe and local, with several outstanding family tavernas around with remarkable food and caring service. Yet the staff of the hotel made our experience unforgettable - friendly, smiling, always walking an extra mile to make sure we enjoyed every interaction. I loved the fact that every time we were hanging out in hotel restaurant or bar, we were served by the same person, who remembered our names, room number, what we ate or drank last time. It was always nice to have a conversation with a person who cares. They have a very good car rental service in the hotel with wide availability of vehicles. A car is worth having to enjoy the surroundings to the fullest.

Hard to dislike anything. The fact that it's not a brand new hotel and time left it's mark on the facilities was overcompensated by thorough maintenance of everything what matters and warm human connection with the people who take care of your stay.

Fantastic array of food in the breakfast and dinner buffets. Really generous and professional staff. Special mention of Lucas - thank you for going doing everything possible to make our stay excellent.

Atrium Palace is the best hotel that I ever visited, I like there hospitality and there big rooms and of course I don’t want to forget the food, they have big collections all fresh and clean , they have a very nice beach and very clean.

If you need a place to relax and get pampered, this is it. Our stay at Atrium Palace was amazing and aside from the great facilities, what made everything perfect was the hospitality staff. The place is huge with a lot of places to relax and everything is well maintained and kept extremely clean. Every morning and evening the staff cleans the outside of the hotel and all the pathways and housekeeping calls in twice a day as well. The pools are great and lots of sunbeds are available both at poolside and at the beach. Poolside orders and room service is always fast.Food is great, we went with only breakfast included but ended up eating at the buffet several more times and they also have more à la carte restaurants on the property. Asterias restaurant is fantastic.But more importantly, at least to us, is that wherever you go you're greeted with a smile and great service. Everyone is friendly and that makes you feel welcome. From the room cleaning service all the way to the general manager, everyone is happy to say hello and stop for a quick chat. And everyone was very attentive and accommodating towards our two year old son as well. He had a very good time. A few people worth mentioning that made our experience particularly nice are the manager Apostolos and Savvas, Sotiris, Natalia, Davida as well as our waitress Valentina. The guest relations department was very helpful as well and made sure we had everything we needed, special thanks to Lefteris and Gabriela.We'll definitely come back to Atrium Palace, maybe next time for a longer stay. It's one of the best places we've stayed at. A big thanks to everyone for making this a truly remarkable experience!

Breakfast. Two ladies serving us very well were Zusanna and Eirini. Pools were fabulous. Service all over the resort was excellent. Enjoyed the table tennis. Definitely would return next time we visit Rhodes
