Pros +
- The bed was comfortable
- The staff was outstanding- courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. Their service certainly rated Aeolis as a five star resort. The sole female server in the restaurant was exceptional. Thank you, "Star Woman"! The people at reception, the young waitstaff, the chef and his kitchen team were all wonderful. They went out of their way to give us good recommendations and added special touches to make us feel like honored guests.
- This is a great place to stay - nice large rooms, great breakfast, ocean views, superb swimming pool and - best of all - the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We will be back
Cons -
- The restaurant was closed ….. no breakfast that people rave about , hot plates but no pans , no reception ….. it shed not be taking guests if it’s actually closed ….. no amount of discount will make up for the dissapointment
- Difficult to find the entrance to the resort and to drive up the steep driveway upon arrival at night. The location is good if you want to simply stay on property, but you must drive to all sights, beaches and shops.
- We stayed in one of the villas. There was no kettle, no milk pots no tea bags. There was a small nesspresso machine but only 4 decaf capsules no milk. We are a family that drinks tea before bed. We ordered a tea the first night and was 5 euros. I think a kettle at least is a must. In the majority of the hotels they provide a small kettle and a few tea bags, nescafe, sugar and milk. There was misinformation on the photos showing the room. There were three villas with the same name as the one we booked - there was a selection of the best pictures of each villa put together making you think it is one villa. It did not mention anywhere they were 3 and that the pictures are from all three. it was deceiving. We were going to book somewhere else if we knew, because there was no private terrace with a big table as the photos. Nor was one of the bedrooms in a cave, dark room no big windows as shown. There were very similar properties on island cheaper. Beware! We complained and got a wine bottle. Not everything is as advertised. No toaster at breakfast. Not many selection for vegetarians. Had fruit and yogurt, cheese, but if you want cooked breakfast only eggs if you are vegetarian. The pool was freezing cold and was smaller than the pictures. No tv in the living room. Bathroom very old.

Absolutely beautiful setting, tasteful and understated decor and gorgeous pool.
The view from the pool area was nice. And the view of the sea from the hotel. Korres products in shower. Clean.

Nice facility, nice view, friendly stuff, clean rooms. Nothing to complain about.
Everything was nice! The only thing to keep in mind is that is almost 15minutes drive to Tinos town.
The property was in the village of Triantaros, a very nice location just 12 minutes from Tinos Chora by car. Hotel had nice view and during night was wonderful.
An excellent hotel. Well appointed rooms and a great restaurant. In the hills with a great view. 10mins to Tinos town but away from the tourist melee. Multiple good local tavernas nearby serving excellent fresh Greek fare.
Amazing view, cosy room and a nice Italian restaurant
Away from Chora, was clean and beautiful, had parking and a lovely restaurant and the staff was amazing
Up a very steep hill but they have golf carts to assist
Very friendly & helpful staff, clean room, great view from the room, rich breakfast buffet. Extra that they changed the bedsheets on a two nights stay.
Some details in the room in terms of maintenance, but nothing too serious to spoil our experience. An air condition external machine (most probably of the restaurant hall) was in front of our terrace making some noise during enjoying the terrace.
Loved the pool area. It was so beautiful and spacious. The viewers were incredible.
Room was pretty far away from the main pool. Driving up the driveway was really dangerous and scary.
The suites with private pool are pricey but AMAZING ... the rest we recommend less, the common pool area is not that great. You 100% need a rental car to get from a to b, but parking at the hotel is free and not an issue.
Breakfast was a bit so so, buffet constantly running out of basic things, and the staff is slow to take drinks orders etc.Overall crowd at the hotel is a bit questionable (smoking cigars at breakfast etc.) ... get a nice suite and avoid common areas, then you'll have a good time ;)
This is our fourth year returning to the hotel for summer holidays, and it was just as excellent as ever! Everything is brilliant here from the hotel design, the exceptional staff, quality of food, cleanliness, and incredible view. It’s the best hotel in Tinos.
Amazing location, breathtaking view, very friendly and polite staff, immaculate service in general.Congratulations to the whole team!

Beautiful hotel with very kind and attentive staff. The pool is wonderful and the views are really incredible. A good location to explore Tinos.
Was a beautiful location rooms where big and modern
The only thing I would say is the water got cold fast in shower
Great location, amazing view and breakfast. People at gentle and welcoming.Good suggestions were given to move arround, places to visite, to dine, to go to the beach.
The room and view were wonderful . Staff could not do enough for us. A short stroll to a charming village for dinner.
Can’t think of a thing
beautiful view and nice rooms. bed was very comfy and room had lots of storage. the breakfast was great and the staff were really nice.
the ac was horrible. the bathroom was dark and the shower pressure was to low and has a shower curtain which is not fit for a modern hotel. there is no room service. we ordered ice cream and we were asked politely to come collect it. kind of spoilt the experience.
