The hot mineral water pools

The whole infrastructure is seriously outdated and needs massive renovation. It was also not very clean. They even do not give you slippers for the pools and the spa, not to speak about bathrobe, you need to buy a bonnet and to buy the water in the spa.

Nice and spacious hotel with good breakfast and dinner included.The location is 5 minutes by car to pamukkale.

Very good food including tea time and dinner on top of breakfast.

The thermal pool looked a bit uninviting so we didn’t use it at all. The hotel was prepared to host local, mainly elderly guests. There were some language barrier issues but the staff were friendly and everything got sorted out eventually.

The hotel layout and deco was better than I expected. The main area is very well incorporated into the pool, entrance and dinig area. As there are only 3 floors in the apartments, you dont have great shadows casting down. Each hotel room has a view of the well kept gardens. The best feature was the thermal tap in the bathroom!

Very little to criticise if at all. I would say the hotel rooms probably need upgrading to a more modern standard, but having said that it doesnt look that much out of place with theme around the hotel.

Good value for money for family with kids, Have a thermal bath and a regular pool as well. Good breakfast spread. Only disappointment is the WiFi

Wonderful thermal pool, amazing spa service, great breakfast and teatime choice of food.

The location is good, easy to go to town, not far from cotton castle. very clean, space is quite big. Hot springs quality is fantastic.

Facility is abit dated, carbent in the public area needs to refurbished. Overall design feels like 80s, you can tell this hotel should run quite long. But already quite good since there are not much choices in the area.

On premise construction, including regular jackhammering. And as early as 8am… when you’re on vacation?!?!

Some of the staff, specially the thermal pool attendants, couldn't help but ask a million questions and try selling me tour deals. I want to be left alone when I'm on a break

Smart hotel and very clean - staff always at work polishing the floors. Spacious bedroom and very clean bathroom with good daily cleaning of our room. Breakfast can be busy as the dining room is large and coach tours often use the hotel. Large Turkish breakfast buffet, plenty to choose from. Several local restaurants nearby for evening meals. Very convenient for driving to Heliopolis and Pamukkale. We couldn't get any hot thermal water in the bathroom even after running the special tap for half an hour, just very warm clean water. Anyway it was OK as we preferred to use the free indoor thermal pool and jacuzzi once or twice a day.

The room was large with a small balcony- very comfortable. The spa facilities were very nice. We enjoyed using the sauna and thermal pool.

Staff at reception and meal times were excellent, food excellent and location also excellent

Poor quality towels, rubbish left in room. Dirty tea cups not replaced .No soap in hammam

Rooms could be bigger.

The rooms were excellent; you have thermal water from your own bathtub.The pool, thermal tub, sauna, and hammam were extremely enjoyable; you can enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool late. The hotel also has a tv room as well as a kid's playground.You have access to breakfast, tea time and dinner at the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise.It is 5 min drive from the north entrance of the Cotton Castle

The food was the worst I have tasted in Turkey. They try, and you have a nice choice for the buffet but it's very questionable food, nothing traditional but more catering to an international clientele.

Pleasant, unassuming, family-friendly. Exceptional spa including massage (Turkish massage below European cost) and thermal mineral bath (free)
