Great location close to castle, cafes and restaurants. Very nice breakfast to start the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well maintained with ample parking spaces at the back. Everything was very clean. It has a very cosy ambient. It's located a short walk from the castle.

Great cozy place to stay in Castelfranco Veneto. Everything is in walking distance so perfect to explore the city. There is parking place in inner yard so you need to have just short walk to reach reception.

The main section of the hotel is very old and not a 4star. To me it is like a 2star. The other section is brand new but still a 3star to me.

Everything was wonderful

Breakfast was perfect along with the Prosecco and snacks in the evening.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste but that is my thought. It may be perfect for others. This was compensated by the lovely friendly and helpful staff and a nice breakfast.

Excellent location, lovely town with medieval walled centre, good restaurants, & easy to visit surrounding stunning towns of Padua, Mantua, Vicenza and Bessano del Grappa. Lovely buffet breakfast. Comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff.

Some of the furniture could do with an upgrade.

The breakfast it’s super simple; we stay at this hotel every year since 2015, and this year the breakfast had a few things to eat.

Uncomfortable beds, no cups for room facilities, breakfast was poor.

Nice friendly staff. Location was good. Very close to heart of the town and to the castle. Room was small but very prettily decorated. Breakfast was a big buffet that was very tasty. Hot breakfast such as eggs and waffles could be ordered for extra cost if desired. Wi-Fi worked well and we were able to store our bags before and after we checked in and out. There was also a really comfy lounge area that we could wait in before we checked in and after we had checked out.
