The breakfast was good but needs alternate options. It was the same every day.The room was very clean and the staff was helpful

Everything is somehow outdated and by no means this can categorize as a 4s hotel, there is a construction site next door ( luckily we were there on non working days) so notification should be posted on bookingRoom - loud and weak AC ( 25 C room T is max that we got no matter that AC was on min levels), really outdated furniture, some strange odours Pool - we were in luck as we arrived on friday and kids could use the pool immediately - check in after 15 and pool opening hours are on work days only from 11, so if you stay for longer keep in mind that morning swim is a no go), pool is vastly used by locals so you can expect crowd, depth of the pool is 170-180 cm so be aware if you travel with small kids, swimming caps are mandatory Breakfast - we were faced with empty trays and asking to refill things, strange - cheese is served only in 1-2 variants and in such a small qty that is rediculous, bad - big tomato is served un cut and cherry tomato was rotten, salami was not peeled off and one shoul cut is by him self ( imagine everyone touching it)

The hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool which is perfect for swimming and relaxing. A big car park is available for free. Overall, decent value for money.

The hotel is quite old fashioned and its rooms in desperate need for refreshing (very lousy and noisy air conditioning!). Breakfast is pretty disappointing even for Italian standards (only one high quality hot beverage from the bar is included, for the rest you can help yourself to some horrible coffee from an automated machine; any kinds of eggs other than water boiled must be ordered and paid extra). Most incredibly, the outdoor pool is not accessible for swimming in the mornings (the pretext being that no life guard is on duty), and they want to charge you a fee of 3.50 EUR for each pool towel. Definitely not up to the standard of a four-star hotel!

Low class place Swimming pool overcrowded with people outside of the hotel who live in the village . , so no space for the guests who pay at the hotel

A one day stay during the business trip

No A/C available in the rooms. In summer time, about 30C in the rooms..

Reasonable price

Building work next door which caused lots of noise and dust. Made sitting by the pool an unpleasantExperience. No mattress protector and ring shower. Went down for breakfast on first morning to find hardly any choice as very thing had already gone

Great building. Clean rooms and a fantastic restaurant. The meal was outstanding!

Receptionist Not nice. Not a 4-star hotel at all. No amenities in the deluxe room, no bathrobe, no kettle, no glasses, no water etc

Reception and restaurant staff were all very helpful apart from capo di ricevimento. Arrogant. He even checked me into a room that had not been cleaned.

The fitted carpets were old, stained and smelly. Found insects in bedroom and in corridor. Furniture very old and in bad condition.

Good hotel, good position for business travellers. Very good restaurant.

Location is fantatstic. Hotel itself (for summer period I'd say) gives you the perfect environment for a good rest. You can access a fantastic swimming pool. Nice green garden outdoors.

Breakfast was good. Many options. However I was EXTREMELY dissapointed I was forced to pay everyday additional 6 euros for my scrumbled eggs something that I really like. I didn't like it. You must pay attention. They can charge you for many small details.

breakfast was good. Being served in the gardens was excellent. pool and garden were excellent. Staff were excellent Room overlooking the gardens was very comfortable,

there was a wedding on Saturday night which meant we could not use the pool or the garden areas, This was not conveyed to us till after the booking was made. The not being able to use the gardens was not conveyed to us till the day of the wedding. There was not recompense for this. The music from the wedding was loud and went till after midnight. We were not aware there was going to be a wedding till we arrived at the hotel, all we knew was the pool was closed on the Saturday,

Very clean, staff were brilliant , ate in the restaurant it was 1st class , the pool is enormous and the grounds were gorgeous and well maintained . Would definitely book again . Which is amazing for the price .

Pretty good hotel, located in nice building. Has own pool and teniss corts. Has own parking space, reastarant. Breakfast might be more various. Internet signal and speed was good. Good hotel teritorry for walking.

Haven't AC inrooms, but central ventilation didn t cool enough.

It was a pity that there was no other food available apart from the restaurant which was closed when there were weddings etc and it was at least a 20 min walk into town.
