Basic clean . Okay for short stay

Noisy.

Very clean . Free parking.

There was a lot of noise from room next door .someone..who I think was hotel owner was going in and out of a very squeaky door. Continuously from 7am. Very annoying

Clean; friendly. Excellent restaurant.

It was a perfect room, clean and with good wifi and services.

The TV isn’t aligned with the room. And the room we stayed in, was in the hall which made it noisy sometimes because the people outside.

Location is good with excellent parking. The majority of staff is most pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, but was dark even when the sun entered during the afternoon, so lights were necessary all the time. The bathroom was spacious and modern. with good lighting. In my room (113) there was no hairdryer or drinking water, although these were available at the reception. My well trained accompanying dog was eventually well accepted, even inside the restaurant and I am grateful to the staff!

There appears to be a lack of understanding/communication between the restaurant and kitchen staff, and this lead to a disappointing second evening dinner. A scrambled egg requested (huevo revuelto) is NOT a broken fried egg (huevo roto)!!! The first night’s dinner of salmorejo was extremely good!

The night staff was very nice and kind, he was very helpful even though we arrived very late at night. The room was very quiet and the breakfast was nice.

There parking was a little bit far away because there a party, but everything was ok.

Staff were great on Thursday to Saturday. The lady on reception was very helpful (dark hair). Sorry, I didn't get her name. Man servicing on saturday night was great as well. Hotel needs to recognise that their staff are a great asset and to hire more when hosting functions. Breakfast on the Sunday was chaos and a real experience. Plague locusts spring to mind. Staff didn't have time to replenish anything. They were run off their feet.

The bathroom was disgusting, tired, and mouldy. We have photos if required. Both plug hole and over flow was secured by white sealant. Was in an awful state, bath needs to be replaced. We were in room 108.

The fridge did not workWe could not sleep since there were people singing and yelling on the corridorI told the owner or a guy who look like he was and he could not care less

The hotel was comfortable and clean, the pool was very nice, the staff very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was not satisfying. Not enough options other than meat and carbs. No eggs, no fruit or vegetables. That was very disappointing.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. The hotel had a very flexible and friendly approach. Breakfast was very good and our room had a great position on the ground floor.

Some of the furniture in the bar/restaurant needed attention: the table top was very unsteady and a chair was broken.The bedroom was a little tired

The location.

The room was tiny. The food was appalling and over-priced. When I came to pay the bill, I was over-charged for no reason; there was no apology. We've stayed there many times over 25 years, but never again.

The bathroom could be improved, the window and the blind are a bit outdated and there was a strange sound inside during our stay.

Beautiful hotel but very run down. 1 St room unpacked, aircon didn't work. Asked for fan, they don't have them. But all around the grounds of hotel were portable aircon units!!Moved rooms cos girl said this one definately works. It did for 1hr,then nothing. We had to bring a fan in from our car. But couldn't open windows as damp & many mosquitoes. Breakfast was included... 1orange juice, 1 tostada.
