TH Assisi - Hotel Cenacolo

This hotel is very near the train station and the bus to go to the historic town os Assisi stops right in front of the hotel. Loved the breakfast.

The room was larger than expected and exceptionally clean. The shower was great. The bed was very comfortable and the comforter and sheets were very nice.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The shower was messy. Water spraying everywhere when u shower.Some staff were not friendly with info and asked us to Google info ourselves. We did & just needed confirmation, but....

Everything from the location and the cleanliness stand points. Seems new hotel and very well maintained. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Everything about this hotel is great from staff, installation are spacious and comfortable and access to public transportation is perfect.

It was neat and clean. Walking distance to the train station and McDonald. The staff were helpful and friendly except for one male staff at the check-in counter.

The management need to know that this particular male staff is jeopardising the good name of this hotel. He has bad altitude and mannerism.

Ultra clean rooms, modern decoration and practical amenities like power outlets around the headboard, body wash with very good quality and smell. We were awarded a room facing Assisi with its beautiful night illumination.

What an amazing hotel! The building is a renovated old monastery. The location was perfect, as the hotel was close to the main train station. A bus station is basically in front of the hotel and a shop where you can buy the transport tickets is very close, too. The breakfast buffet was tasty, good coffee and service. The hotel has a green area inside where you can chill and walk around. All the staff we met (reception and restaurant) were happy, smiling, helpful and respectful.

The only thing I disliked was the hairdryer in the room. The hotel has an eco-friendly concept, so the hairdryer was stopping every 1 minute as maximum. It was kind of a pain to wait until the hairdryer recharges again and trying to dry my hair as fast as possible until the hairdryer turns off again. With a long hair like mine, it took me ages.

two things that really stood out was the food, dinner and breakfast with very fresh and tasty food. Plenty of different foods to choose from. Also the room and hotel itself were very clean ! compliments to the cleaning staff. the room was also spacious.

Like others say, the hotel is quite distant from old town Asissi, i also felt some of the staff were too busy to be able to help customers in a proper way. but would go back to this hotel :).

Excellent location, very close to the Centre, but in a quite area. The hotel itself is beautiful. Staff was very professional, nice and helpful. Rooms don't come equipped with kettle, so we suggest requesting one in advance. We did and it worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good, as well as the restaurant. Nice plus are the free parking and being very pet friendly!Overall, we definitely recommend and would come back without hesitations.

The hotel itself was perfect, the only negative thing happened during our last night, where we had a bunch of very rude teenagers who started knocking at our door just for the sake of making noise. We complained to the reception and they were very quick in providing us with an another room (the suite!), so that in the end the night was saved! So shout out to the hotel staff! My only suggestion would be to avoid mixing group of young people with other guests.

The hotel is a old Franciscan Monastery which was transformed into a hotel.The rooms are comfortable and clean.The breakfast is very good and it has options for people with allergic constraints,

Keep mind the hotel is not locates in the old town of Assis. To reach the old town which is high in the mountain you will need to go by car, bus or taxi. To drive to the old town is an option but keep mind the old town has narrow streets, many parking restrictions and at some places, only the residents are allowed to circulate with the car and the same applies to the parking. Anyway, there are free and payed parking available. I do not recommend to go on foot because the road and the streets are inclined. It will depend on your wiliness and faith.
