- Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Location is great - 10 mins from the basilica and lots of shops and pubs nearby. Spacious bathroom with a big shower enclosure.
- The room itself is really not big, with a nice French bed in the middle, a wardrobe with hangers, a small TV, a table, a chair and a bathroom. The small balcony is very nice and we used it not just for the view. We also used the air conditioner, which was important during such a hot time of the year. They were kind and attentive at the reception, we mainly communicated in Italian, but I don't think it would have been a problem with/in English either. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. But the coffee is divine, the fresh cornetti as well, the dining room was also very nice and clean. In the bathroom, we received shampoo, shower gel, and towels, and it helped our trip that we didn't have to bring them. There was also cleaning every day. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to relax in a nice, quiet and charming place in Assisi!
- The staff were friendly and welcoming. It's well placed for the bus to Assisi and the train station. There is an instant coffee machine at breakfast but the waiter will bring you ground coffee from the bar with no quibbles.

- The water pressure of the shower in the bathroom was a little weak, but otherwise there was no problem! Although there was muesli from a lactose-free variation, but there was no butter or yogurt, for example.
- The breakfast is very carby, boiled eggs, cheese slices and some fresh fruit would be a welcome addition. The 10am check out.
