Hotel Mom Assisi

Surprisingly quiet, small hotel operated by a very friendly, hard working couple who made me feel at "mom's house".Close proximity to transportation. Good value !!!

Very clean. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. It has parking and it was very clean and well maintained.

It doesn’t have an elevator. And the room temperature was a bit cold for my liking but I come from warm weather. I would definitely recommend this property. Just be aware that if you have a big heavy luggage, you will have to carry it up and down the stairs.

Great location and a clean comfortable room

I missed the cut off time for breakfast by 10 minutes, and the host was quite abrupt with me. She took the croissant plate off the counter and put it away instead of offering me one and denied me a cup of coffee to go. I was surprised by her rudeness.

The front desk staff weee very polite ready to help and went beyond to make our stay comfortable.the breakfasts was excellent and lots of choices. Will defiantly go back in the future

Nothing to complain about

Location was brilliant for me arriving by train. I Found the owner helpful and friendly. Liked the comfortable bed, the good bathroom and the bedroom was good size.

Thin walls, so when next door guests came back at 3:50 am their talking woke me up.

Very accessible for commuters. Across the street from the Train Station and 5 mins away from Assisi. For a little extra fee it is very convenient having bathroom in your room instead of using the common shared bathroom.

No elevator!

There's no lift or elevator

This was convenient friendly host at hotel.. shower great considering venice.. cold water.. milan.. reg hotel.. Florence crazy place won't go back! Assisi awwww was a delight!

Not close to the old town so if you like to be there stay up top but it's an easy taxi ride worth the view! Not really a big issue for me but mayb for some

Clean , cute . They clean the room everyday and change towels and all .

No elevator but stairs are cool, stayed on 2nd floor . Property is pretty.

No friendly , old shower and bathroom , no a/ c , no english or french , no elevator , ☹️..............................

We had a train to catch at 7:03 so did not have the breakfast. We choose the hotel because it was a very short walk to the Assisi train station.

It met our expectations, we were not looking for a five star hotel but a hotel that was convenient to the train station.

I liked the location as this was a last minute purchase due to the strike. I wanted something close to the train station and close to food. I found the service very accommodating. My train was late and the owner left my key in the room for me as she was not going to be in the office.

Very noisy at night outside. People banging the front door when entering very late at night. No elevator.

The hotel is in a solid 1950s building, so no flimsy walls and noise from fellow guests. I had booked a room with separate private bathroom, but was actually given an en-suite room, which was a nice surprise. No air conditioning but a very effective fan, on a very hot night. Fridge in the room. The location, right opposite the railway station, the bus to Perugia airport and the bus to Assisi's historic centre, is ideal, and probably quieter and better value than hotels in the centre. Welcoming staff.

The stairs, the customer service, the bathroom was outside of room down the hallway. Very inconvenient to go the bathroom at night. Room was hot, needed to pay extra 20 euros to turn on air conditioning!

I stayed one night with my daughter and we found it to be a pleasant experience. The location is great - directly opposite the Assisi station. We arrived late at night so did not have much interaction with the staff, but the lady we met in the morning was pleasant. It's a quaint hotel and we loved the decor, especially old typewriter in the reception, the guitar in the corner of the stairs and the pictures around. We also liked the idea of the toys made available for children.

It’s just across the street from train station and bus stop for medieval town of Assisi. EASY! Love it.

I spent only 1 night in Assisi ,so the location of hotel was perfect for me! Less than 1 min form the railway station. You can take a nice walk to the city center by foot, it takes around 30-40 min, but the road is so beautiful! The breakfast was good.

The bathroom out of the room is not so comfortable

Due to difference language, so a bit difficult to communicate with staff.This resulted our worry on the luggage keeping and time arrangement
