What we so in description was not the same!!!

We didn’t feel good in hotel and the staff was not good. She was busy with her own smartphone in place of to help us.

A great location.The food at the hotel was very good with a lot of options... great breakfast buffet.perfect for groups.

Dining room for the groups was loud...

Very reasonably priced, basic , clean rooms in a great location. Admired their commitment to protect the environment. Helpful staff.

The location where the free breakfasts and dinner were served were very bare. It felt like eating in a half furnished room. Not really set up as an eating place.

The staff from casa leone is ffantastic. They do their best to accommodate our request. The restaurant attached to the hotel also provides excellent cuisine. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

We liked the proximity to Assisi, as well as to Perugia and Deruta. Also, all facilities were very modern, clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly!

Generally nothing - just no space in the bathroom to put our toiletries - the sink is just a sink not a vanity

I loved the garden and the style of the hotel overall. The breakfast was very rich and diverse. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was very efficient. The price was definitely excellent value for money even when using the room service for dinner

I really can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe a few English language TV channels and an in room coffee machine would be nice. Also, some preprinted maps of Assisi and a guide to the buses. Also, if Reception could have some UK EU adapters handy. I was just lucky I had one that work as there are two different standards in Italy.

Lovely place in Tuscany. Near Saint Francisco de Assis church and Tomb.

Great Location

Room dark and barren

Convenient to the town and the wedding venue that we attended. Quality of the accommodation is as expected for the price.

We were placed in a room for one night and had to move to another room after the first night. This also happened to another family in our group (who had two rooms). We were all told that previous guests in our rooms had covid. Also, another family in our group were made to vacate early despite a pre-arranged late check out.We found out that the hotel had been overbooked partly due to a corporate conference (Renault). Whilst I can see why the hotel might prioritise a corporate client over a Booking.com client, we all found it immensely difficult (specially as we had to work around wedding event timings) and never felt the staff were being transparent with us.

Clean, modern, spacious...ok friendly staff...housekeeping and service awesome.

Too much oil in eggs :)To go breakfast of cookies and melba toast...a peach and water...would be nice to have a croissant...not the end of the world ...

Casa Leonori was extremely clean. Very relaxing and peaceful hotel. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast had various items. Bus stop in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the train station, it felt safe at all times. I loved the breakfast, there was great variety and the employees in charge were great! I loved that the room was super clean too.

A little noisy due to a big number of youngsters in the building but nothing major.

Excellent location for visiting Assisi, spacious parking, cosy and clean rooms, very good breakfast, very kind staff. Highly recommend this place!

We missed any vegetables for breakfast, but it refers to any horel in Italy
