Hotel Bellavista

the view is amazing, the rooms are clean

the breakfast can be better.

Beautiful grounds, peaceful spot away from the crowds. Comfortable room and amazing pool! Walk or short bus ride to the town. Great restaurant.

The hotel is very close to the town of Assisi. Very clean, great view on the hill ( town) , very good meal ( dinner) , having its own parking space and kind staff.

Clean and nice hotel very close to Assisi

Perfect location. You get a beautiful view of Assisi. The convenience of getting the bus right outside the hotel was a plus. Staff was great.

Always try to stay at BellaVista for a night when I’m in Assisi! Makes it easy to have a great cena and colazione before heading down to FCO

Everything is an optimal rapport between quality and price !

We were able to check in early as room was available. Reception very helpful . Bus stop just outside the hotel and tickets available from reception. Restaurant on site very convenient and food was varied and good value for money. Good continental breakfast.Bathroom very spacious and convenient for persons with mobility problems.

The view is amazing , we had a delicious meal for dinner , breakfast was more than I expected.Highly recommend! Grazie

Wasn’t anything not to like !

Room was clean and new. Breakfast was simple but tasted good.Convenient access to Assisi and walking distance to the station

Mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows very low quality. This had a high impact on the quality of my sleep. If these things doesn’t matter to you, I’d recommend this place for cheap and decent stay. Otherwise, I don’t recommend this stay

Hotel, pizzeria, parking, direct vicinity/view and walking distance to Assisi!

Nice pool

Poor breakfast, AC didn’t work properly (water dropped throughout the night keeping us awake, staff gave us extra towels to put in the floor), shower door didn’t close properly.

The view was incredible, the food was great, and the atmosphere is safe but fun! The staff was helpful in explaining the town.

The pool hours were short. I would have loved to have tried it in the hot weather. There was no time to grab a swimsuit from town, and there were none for sale at the hotel. It also had a short breakfast time.

Great location lots of free parking; outstanding views of Assisi. Great value and one of the best restaurants (best pizza for sure ) in this town; abundant breakfast deal even if you paid 5 euros. We have been coming here for many years to enjoy the family ( now two brothers Giorgio and GianCarlo) run hospitality of BellaVista ??????

Excellent mattress! Warm was well heated and heating was adjustable. Gorgeous view! Nice, quiet surroundings and close to coffeehouses and restaurants. Very accommodating staff.

Beautiful view of Assisi from our room. Good big shower , girl who checked us in was very friendly.

Was extremely noisy at night. Sounded like a party in the restaurant, lots of shouting and banging on the tables, couldn’t sleep till it finished.

As a walker and explorer Bellavista was the perfect location for walking around the outer and inner walls of Assisi. The view of Assisi at night from the garden area was exceptional.

The view from the pool is incredible. And the ease of getting to and from Assisi was well worth the stay at this hotel.

The only negative that we experienced was that we had organised breakfast prior to coming to the hotel and when we arrived, we were advised that the breakfast had not been added to our stay, and then upon checking out there was a breakfast charge against the room.

Beautiful views of Assisi Good food in the restaurant Rooms were very clean

Beds are very hard - which is a personal preference but for us too hard.

Excellent city view, location friendly staff

Upon arrival the pool wasn’t ready it was under renovation, but they tried to open on that day .

Very good and clean hotel. The restaurant has great food with normal prices and it is not far from Assisi. It has a great swimming pool and good breakfast
