Friendly staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. And the breakfast was excellent. I could see the basilica from my first floor window, so it is a great location, too

There was an ashtray in the room, which made me wonder if it's OK to smoke there. The room smelled fine, though the bathroom had a slight scent of old smoke. Not enough for me to give a poor rating, though.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Clean. A hot breakfast was a bonus.

The only negative was that the bath towels were very thin and small.

The team at the hotel were absolutely lovely and made special efforts to make sure my parents were warmly welcomed and celebrated. The customer service was fantastic, thank you so much.The room was lovely and the facilities were great, breakfast was a lovely addition!

Great location. Lots of parking. Very quiet, clean, and helpful staff.

Not much for breakfast that we could eatBoth of us can't eat wheat. They also charged for coffee.

Excellent staff and very welcoming. Always willing to help when asked ie. restaurant bookings, travel advice, transport information etc. I had to extend my stay at late notice. Was no problem, and the hotel was able to meet the same rates as my original booking and teh bonus of not having to move rooms. I would strongly refer those travelling to Assisi to try this hotel. Until next time!

Good communication and helpful staff. Extremely clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Perfect position to go to Assisi. Can't get any better hotel in the area with such a price. For a small charge you have water, fizzy drink and snack in the mini bar which is reloaded daily

Breakfast service was a bit of a disaster Too many people with 3staff. Finished multiple items not restocked. Egg was finished and took over 20 minutes to prepare for 1 person. The breakfast process made us a late start due to staff shortages and insufficient items. Could have left tea coffee and hot water on the side than the staff preparing for every single person.

Breakfast was a bit of chaos too many people with one twin toaster.The queue for toast was long . Scrambled Egg was finished multiple times but was not refilled so had to ask the staff. who was very helpful and cooked for us appreciated . The price and location of the room were very good. Easy access to the church

Breakfast arrangements could be better. Lifts are small but ok for a few people.

The Hotel is located opposite SANTA MARIA DEGLI ANGELI church , which is close to Assisi Train Station. This is a large church with quiet Piazza outside. By the side of the church, you can take Line C bus to ASSISI SAINT FRANCIS SHRINE

There was a wonderful non-denominational church that we attended on the same street walking distance from the hotel (CCB of Assisi). We highly recommend to visit it.

As foreigners we would have appreciated some saltier breakfast options, because we don’t eat sweets for breakfast, but as local Italian breakfast, it was great.☺️

The breakfast was good at the hotel and the staff friendly and helpful. For lunch we recommend the restaurant next door, the La Bella Trattoria degli Angeli! Beautiful décor with Nuccia ceramics that you can buy inside, and great food. The vegetables were so fresh and so good.

It was a great choice, it was so comfortable and close to downtown and the staff is super gentile and proactive.

I like that it had a view and was close to Santa María Degli Angeli. The cappuccinos at breakfast were excellent!

The restaurant had a party with loud noise until midnight not on a holiday and the bed needs more pillows and cozier covers.

Breakfast had all the necessities! Location was excellent - 2 minute stroll to the basilica!

Unfortunately the mattresses were not comfortable.

It is a good location just outside Assisi. Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli is located directly in front.It is approximately 4km walk along a well lit path to the lower carpark in Assisi. The bus stop is next to the hotel or you can easily drive to the car park.

It met our expectations for this type of hotel.
