- Breakfast was poor, not a good selection. Room was terrible, old, dark and dated, nothing like the photos on the website. If I knew we would be getting that room I would not have booked. Toilet seat broken, 4 year old daughter fell off the toilet onto the floor. Spa not open to use until after checkout time. Never again.

we were a little bit isolated, about a mile from the small town of santa maria and 6 miles from Assisi and we did not have our own means of transportation

Not worth the money
Breakfast buffet the bare minimum, asked for a queen bed months ago, didn’t get that request, out of 6 EV chargers only one was in service and blocked by a Tesla for two days.

You can see the ASSISI…if there is a chance we will come back again..the best christmas to spend here..the hotel is like what in the picture..the staff are very helpfull and very friendly! This is a modern hotel and golf resort. The reception and spa team were great (helpful and very pleasant). The room was a delight with an external balcony overlooking the golf areas.
Our only disappointment was the restaurant where the service and food were not to the standard that we had expected.
It is a very nice hotel not far from Assisi. The room was very clean. Restaurant served god breakfast and dinner. They have got a huge area around the hotel so you can walk or ever ride the bike.
Everything was fine
The room size was good , it was clean , the water stream was great , the pool was very nice the children enjoyed much, the views of Assisi from the hotel was awesome as well
The breakfast was crowded & a bit disappointing, the staff were not keen to help, and not extra nice (only the receptionists were really nice) there was bad smell on the corridor at the mornings
Great setting, lovely pool, not too busy. Staff great at helping with taxis and restaurant bookings.

Amenities were very limited. Very little service at any of the two very small bar areas where you could stand and wait for at least 20 mins to be attended to. The staff were all nice once attended to but this could take a while unfortunately.
