Staff and location
TheBreakfast was especially nice. The staff was wonderful.
Great location, breakfast was actually very good, staff was great. Have previously stay at this location and will again next year. Assisi was overall more expensive this year than last year.

Bathroom small but clean …. Room nice size and location good

The hotel is located in a splendid place in the Assissi town centre. One can take the car inside the city, leave the luggage and then park the car in a good nearby parking. The room is very nice, clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and the hotel's restaurant in good.
The locationThe spacious of the roomVery clean and most of all the staff (Reem in specific was very supportive and gentle with perfect english)
Rooms were lovely, clean and great air con. Breakfast was wonderful.
The hotel is centrally located in the main square, which is very lovely. The hotel is so cute, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast. They even had a juicer to make fresh orange juice. The murals on the ceiling are beautiful and a great touch.
Beautifully decorated, ceilings were magnificent and on site restaurant. The morning breakfast was delicious and extensive choices including freshly squeezed juice.
I liked everything.
Quiet. Near the embassies so very safe. Within walking distance of a lot of the tourist spots. We are in our mid 60s and walked to the Forum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. A highlight for us was getting a fabulous breakfast every morning and especially memorable was the server making us cappuccino. Picture of breakfast buffet is attached.
Everything. It was great location, smells good, great breakfast (needs more bacon) , amazing customer service
Excelente Location, friedly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Comfortable beds.
If you arrive to breakfast near closing time, you will find mainly leftovers. The water heater is not the best. Expect having cold showers specially in the afternoon or on a rainy day!
Large room and great location. Staff was helpful and courteous.
No air conditioning and daytime temps were neat 80F. No fan available. Breakfast was more limited than other properties. No fresh fruit nor local meat, cheese.
So close to Santa Chiara, Chiesa Nuovo and Piazza Commune. You couldn't get a better location. The room was very clean and the bed was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the breakfast room was charming.
Large room and the hotel has a perfect location.
Too tough renovated rooms. Large and comfortable but no charm. All in white like a hospital room. Probably to please the Germans who like this style.
Staff was friendly and helpful.Room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. They were able to store our luggage during the day.
No shelf space in the bathroom.
Right by one of the main squares in the historical center of Assisi. Clean, new. Very comfortable bed, choice of different kinds of pllows.
Parking is not ideal
Central location, friendly staff and good breakfast each morning.
Great location in the historic center of Assisi. Easy walking distance to all sights.
Parking is not nearby. Bathroom a bit cramped.
