Pros +
- Great view from room.
- The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked with a good variety. We were upgraded upon check-in which was a nice surprise. The room was well sized and maintained. The location is a short drive to centro; ample parking at the hotel.
- A very nice hotel, room was fine, great views over surrounding countryside, good parking
Cons -
- Hotel supposed to have air conditioning, but hotel would not turn it on. Window was not sufficient to cool the room because of the heat and humidity, lacked a screen=bugs. General lack of maintenance;loose carpet in elevator. Fruit basket, but unripe!
- The restaurant was terrible. We ate one night with a mosaic appetizer and two pizzas. The appetizer was mostly burnt and heavy with oil. We asked for well cooked pizzas but they were burnt on top and almost raw on the bottom. I asked the waitress if we could leave the leftover with the restaurant to reheat tomorrow and she said no. So we asked to take the leftovers with us. She gave us two boxes which we realized later were charged to our bill at 0,75 per box. We were never told of this charge. The food was simply terrible. Also, we are not ok with not being able to control our own heat. I understand why hotels do this, but I don't like it. The room could be cleaned a bit deeper (dust and the bathroom). The bed was too hard for us and the pillows could be a bit more comfy.
- Absolutely nothing to dislike .

Wonderful restaurant, spa area was relaxing after all our travelling, the extra massage treatments were magnificent! Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. You are just a few minutes out of the historic centre but according to some of our servers in town, this is a good thing since Urbino is a university town and weekends can be loud.
Absolutely nothing to dislike .
Be sure to book Deluxe room with beautiful views of Valley. Deluxe room was typical size with basic amenities . Beds were comfortable. Staff very accommodating . Restaurant on site was good . Spacious parking . Breakfast had good variety. Late checkout at noon was great .
Massage at spa was Very Disappointing.
The hotel has a great view into the valley. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Parking at the property is a plus. You can easily reach downtown by car or by bus (bus station is right outside the hotel).
Big room, the view, ample and easy parking.
The restaurant staff turning a blind eye to people VAPING in the restaurant.
The Spa, the view and great Pizza in the restaurant
The Mamiani Spa hotel was clean and well-kept for their spa clients. Breakfast was very good, with items being replenished quickly. Parking was easy in one of the two lots. The place exuded a cosmopolitan atmosphere.
The Mamiani Spa caters to its spa guests, and it is a bit impersonal for non-spa guests. It seems removed from the identity of the town, with its ambiance and photographs of Marilyn Monroe, with sparkles, displayed in the dining room. It is also physically a bit removed from the town, though it was an easy drive with plenty of municipal parking.
the breakfast buffet was served at the room instead of the dining hall.the initial room we got could not support dining at the room. The staff upgraded the room free of charge and served fabulous breakfast to the room.Staff was nice, helpful and welcoming throughout our visit
Over all it was good especially the view!
Only issue was the AC wasn’t working properly and the power kept going off due to which once the elevator got stuck middle way. Rest everything was great about the stay!
Good food and good service in the restaurants.Comfortable beds and enough space.
The surrounding is not nice and that would not have been a problem, if the hotel offers what it is written on the website. There is no garden and no sunny terrace (just a small balcony to the north side). We were disappointed by this, but there was no flexibility with rebooking.
The room offered a wonderful view over valleys. our bed was huge and wonderfulBreakfast offered a wide ranger of choices.

Very nice spa facilities, though we did not know they would be restricted to a 2-hour window when we booked. Enjoyed them briefly a couple of times. Staff were lovely, parking was available, view was nice.
Extremely hard, uncomfortable bed. I ended up lying on a line of pillows to relive the backache. Hard beds seem common in Italy this trip - maybe new mattresses since Covid.
the wellness, was really relaxing and we were lucky not so many people
a pretty no balcony but nobody is perfect otherwise the panorama is very charming on the site of the country side
A small room ( considered the Delux) was the hardest mattress a person can lay on. Smells of cigarettes throughout the building. NO AC, only at the reception. AC in the room would not allow you to adjust, and the AC shut off in the middle of the night. We couldn't sleep. When I wanted to check out the next morning, I asked to be charged only one night; they said they had to charge me for two nights because Booking holds them responsible. When I mentioned that it is like stealing, as it is a one night / a product un used. They agreed. But blamed booking on that. Said that if they don't follow the rules of booking, they are to be cut off.
Hard mattresssmall room, unattractive, heat, no AC front desk unhelpful.
Staff was excellent, cordial and helpful and the location convenient to Urbino. Restaurant had good food and a variety of choices. Very pleasant atmosphere.
The view was wonderful and the staff was very kind and helpful
It's a bit outside the city
The breakfast was good. And also, the food at the restaurant.
Only 1 working plug in the room .
Reception clerk Sonia very professional and hospitality. English really good. Service also good as well.
Shower room Hot water very slim
