- So warm and cozy, it felt like a nice getaway. The restaurant at the hotel was also excellent, which is great since the main city is a 10 minute drive away.
- The property was in a fantastic location with wonderful views. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. However, the hotel restaurant was closed on two of our three night stay. When the property is 8km from the nearest town, this is unacceptable, especially if you charge 320 Euros per night. Also, 30 Euros a night for our dog is way more than we have experienced in the past and was not made known to us in advance

Aura Relais is a slice of heaven you do not want to leave. They pay full attention to detail without being pretentious. The views are breathtaking. The chef and his staff are stellar. The rooms are so comfortable and beautifully done. They offer a spa and swimming area. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way they can.We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Urbino. We will be back on our next trip to this area.
infinity swimming pool is amazing. great attention to details. staff are exceptional friendly, restaurant is definitely Michelin star level. everything is just perfect. you could not hope for a better stay. surroundings are magical.
