    • This is certainly not a luxury hotel. But it's perfectly fine for a couple of days' tourist or business visit to Urbino. And for the tourist, Urbino is definitely worth visiting. My room was small, but comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast, like the rest of the hotel, was not special but was certainly okay. The prize of the hotel is its location--just off the main piazza in Urbino, but quiet and easy walking distance to the Ducal Palace and the other main sites in Urbino. If you park in the giant parking lot in Borgo Mercatale and take the elevator up to the historic center, you will be only steps from the hotel.
    • Excellent location, good staff, very good breakfast.

    Cons -

    • The room faced the street, and the night I stayed, the annual graduate party was being held nearby. Disco music blasted until 4 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. The hotel also has rooms facing the back, which are definitely quieter, even at normal times, given the number of bars and clubs on the street.I had a single room and the bed was quite narrow.
    • The wifi did not work in the room or in the breakfast room, only in the lobby.
    • The internet did not work while I was there. And, oddly, a certain light switch had to be flipped to make the television work. This was not noted anywhere, as far as I could tell.

Excellent location, good staff, very good breakfast.

WiFi could have been better. This seemed to be a "throwback" to earlier years of hotel WiFi. But it worked.

Perfect location in heart of the old town, and across the street from the Duke's Palace! The staff is always ready to help. Breakfast goes well beyond a continental breakfast, and often has home-made baked surprises! Pay careful attention to the hotel's email on the parking and driving details within Arbino. Fear not, if the front desk knows that you have driven your car, the staff can take care of any pending fine you were just given, trying to get to the hotel. ;-)This is my second visit, and I'm certain I will return!

The location of this hotel could not be better, right in the centre of town. The hotel is very modern with every facility you could want including a restaurant. Within easy walking distance you come to the heart of Urbino with all the main buildings, both ecclesiastical and University. Superb selection of cafes / restaurants / tavernas are right on the doorstep.Well worth a visit not a mega tourist hub but lively with a big university student population

Nothing to dislike at all. Bearing in mind this is a classical hilltop medieval town (city) parking a car is, as in any similar location, problematic, but there is a huge parking area just below the town centre and an excellent lift system to get you to and fro.

Great location close to the main square and sights. Good buffet breakfast with fruit, coffee, cereal, cakes, boiled egg, cheese, and meat. Nice modern feel.

The WiFi was awful. You had to sign in each time you left the room, even if you just went downstairs. It took a long time to sign in the first time. Get rid of Ian’s just use normal type. The bed was small for the price.

A very comfortable room with a big window to open for a good view and fresh air. ?Great breakfast. Excellent location.

Excellent central location in a lovely town. The room was comfortable and I had been upgraded, without asking, from a single to a double room. Breakfast was good.

Only problem: there was no bar and nowhere to get/make a hot drink.

Great location. Staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast very good with plenty of variety. Room was OK. A basic hotel room (single) so very small as expected. Bathroom could have been cleaner. My only complaint is the room was too warm and stuffy and the only way to drop the temp was to open the window because the temp regulation is completely automated. With the window open all the street noise was very bad. People noise stopped at a reasonable hour (22:00), but morning street cleaners started about 6:00 so that is when you are awake. Like it or not.

Perfect location, one block to the main square in the old town. The room and bed were comfortable. The room was very quiet. There is an elevator. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. There was lots of choice for breakfast including eggs, fruit, yogurt and the usual cakes and sweets. The hotel is very close to the city sites. An excellent choice!

The property allows pets and is extremely pet friendly. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome.

it wouldn t be necessary..buy even under bad Winter weather Urbino Is a jewel in the hearth of Marche region. In Albergo Italia you're at in the middle of this well preserved piece of our history

This historical hotel is ideally situated for walking to various attractions in Urbino. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Emmanuella who went above and beyond assisting us to organise bus and train tickets moving forward. Our room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony and stunning view across terracotta rooftops to an adjacent park and fort. The breakfast included in our booking was tasty and plentiful.

Access to the outdoor terrace during cold weather would be a bonus.

    Good location, nice staff.

In the description there is an electric charging station. This is not the hotel station it is on the parking and it is nearly impossible to connect if your not from italy (Enel x app).Breakfast selection is on the poor side. The price was higher than most **** hotels near by. I went for it because of charging station, which was not part of the hotel. The hotel should not claim this facility.
