room was really big and we had a sea and pool viewthe staff were really helpfulbreakfast was very goodloads of on site parkingnice sandy beach a 5 minute walk awaymain area with restaurants, bars and harbour are a 20 minute walk away - a couple of bars are over the roadwe knew the pool was closed but you could still use the sunbeds

we got there by car so not sure how accessible it is from Murcia airportwe had 3 nights in low season and there wasn't a lot open, but that was fine - not sure what it would be like in high season and if there is enough to do for a week

In all honesty, nothing.

This hotel is awful. We paid over €200a night a suite - originally booked for 2 nights but left after 1. We simply couldn't stay another night. Pubic hair everywhere in the bathroom (see photos)Music playing til 23:45 which made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Towels that resembled crisps as opposed to towels. A SMART TV which had the SMART functionality disabled. Bad WIFI.Breakfast a chaotic disaster. Staff not great and when I was complaining on check out one of them was just smirking which really riled me.

Not a particularly clean room from the beginning Could hear everything in the rooms next too and corridors very little soundproofing.Awful drainage smell throughout hotel particularly in the rooms on one night had to sleep with balcony door open. Poorly maintained, heat/ air con intermittently worked

Nice hotel, lovely rooms. Breakfast good but fried eggs underdone. Extra to park in the grounds. Overall will definitely stay again.

Unfortunately both restaurant and bar were closed so we had to find alteratives in the town which was mostly closed off season. If we had been advised beforehand we could have made arrangements

there were no comfortable chairs in the room, no tea and coffee in room. no laundry facilities. tv with only one channel.

Did not use the pool as the weather was not great. Hotel comfortable and room quiet but breakfast was disappointing and limited in options. Would stay again but skip the breakfast

Breakfast as it needed topping up and 1 staff member on and she was slow so it did not happen !

Nice view, comfortable beds and balcony. Cosmetics in the bathroom were very nice.

We stayed during low season, so remember that shops are not available nearby. Restaurants are pretty close.No toiletry kits like usually in the such hotel.

Didn't have it.

WiFi was so poor, the only way of getting it, was on the balcony, and then it wasn't very strong. You couldn't pick it up in the room at all.

Hotel was clean and modern with all amenities

End of season resulted in no evening restaurant and nearest food was approx 1-1/2 miles in townAlso because the hotel only had a few guests felt isolated and needed to go to town fo atmosphere

The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast catered for allergies with foods clearly marked. The location was very central with amazing views from the balconies overlooking the sea.

Wifi was a bit intermittent. We were on the 3rd floor, much better on the lower floors.

Beautiful spacious room with sea view. Excellent facilities in the room. Dog friendly beach across the road. Also sister hotel across the road has a beautiful sunset. A must.

Room was nice and big and breakfast was good quality.

The bar was strangely closed and i was requested to pay €`10 per night for parking.

Loved the hotel and where is was was perfect for us. My mum lives around the corner so couldn't of been better situated.

That a coffee machine wasn't in the room. I know you can hire a kettle but sometimes nice have o e there already.

Hotel room and facilities clean. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel bar is very nice with music DJ and a great atmosphere. Swimming pool is nice and clean, a lot of sunbeds available. Hotel opposite a great little cove ideal for swimming and relaxing. A couple of restaurants in front on the beach are also available across the road.

Hotel location is a bit far from old town facilities and new marina, a good 25 mins walk, but taxis are available. The evening buffet was disappointing with poor variety and the food was Luke warm.

It is a lovely hotel very clean with good food and the staff are exceptional they are all so happy and helpful. Great location 2 lovely beaches 5 min walking distance and main harbour only 20 min walk

Cold meat and cheeses were not top quality. The chairs were extremely noisy patrons dragging them across the floor. No coffee or tea in room. No bar food.
