- It had a vintage charm

Cons -
- No fridge or toilet brush but they did provided us with ICE when requested.
- The room was so unconfortable. The restroom so small.
- I stayed here twice, and the second stay suddenly cost me twice what the first stay cost. I booked the last room available in town for this category. I didn’t realize that a Bruce Springsteen concert was in the area had driven up the prices around the entire surroundings. It’s not the fault of the hotel, but I wish I could have found out sooner.

The location
The room was so unconfortable. The restroom so small.
An old classic with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities for cyclists. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
I was starting the Camino Norte and decided on a hotel. It's an older property but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. It's located near a supermarket.
Great location for the beginning of our hike on the camino. Wonderful old hotel ambiance. Very clean. Good Breakfast.
Very comfortable. Excellent staff. Very helpful! Receptionist Samara was especially great! Good breakfast and the lady who did the breakfast was wonderful.
Great room, very spacious for 3 people, and it was very clean.
Nicely kept hotel in a good location with a nearby grocery store and restaurants.

The location was good and the room was big. The bed was comfy. They had parking.
I found the place quite expensive for being clearly old and outdated and asking an extra 10 euros for a breakfast that looked quite standard. I'm unsure if this place is a 3 star hotel. More like 2 to me. Also weird to find you cannot use the kitchenette because there is an extra bed inside it.
Maybe I got a renovated room, but I thought it was very lovely. I realized when I arrived that I had stayed here before, six years ago. I would happily stay again. Lovely people, beautiful space.
The breakfast was fantastic! Very close to Camino del Norte route. Great way to kick off our Camino. Comfy beds, beautiful balcony. Helpful staff.
It was a great stay! Bonus points could be earned by air conditioning and fridge but those weren’t promised.
Charming old world style. Quiet peaceful setting. Very clean. Extremely helpful staff.
A little bit of noise from other guests.
A balcony, comfortable bed, good breakfast. The location is close to the main attractions.
A cigarette smoke from neighbours :( through the AC.
It was very quiet! The location was very close to the city center. There was great restaurant just across the street. The basque-style turbot was delicious!! And his is a family run hotel.
It was a little outdated.
Loved my room in this historic hotel. Staff were excellent.
Room a bit warm.
A really authentic and well kept hotel Dog friendly in a nice town onsite parking and pretty much as close to the border of France to can get would recommend
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms
Location is just perfect since near restaurants and boutiques. Parking facilities. Breakfast is good .
Nothing really, dated, tired, uncomfortable pillows, one is too small 2 are you big, plumbing is noisy, bathroom (room323) very cramped and next to the lift
The rooms are so noisy, you can hear every room that adjoins, up, down, left, right. The ancient lift is very noisy, the doors bang, the heating is not chargeable (I tried the controller to no effect) people in the hotel up until 430am talking/shouting. Good luck finding the place, there's sod-all phone signal in Irun to navigate with. Took an age to check in, I checked in online but the 3 people in front just took sooo long to process. Finally got to sleep at 430 to be woken around 6 by the smell of burning toast which wafted up to the third floor.
