A short drive from San Sebastián and easily accessible. This hotel was comfortable, clean, and had aircon accommodation during the August heatwave.

Free parking where we felt comfortable leaving a car without worry of damage is in rather short supply. However, there is a private garage for the cost of 15€/night.

Excellent service, confortable rooms and good price

The shower leaked a bit

everything from booking, to check in, to adding breakfast was on point. The front desk team was responsive to all my requests. Would highly recommend. and would stay again.

bed was good, room was on point

they were not clear when checking in about if the breakfast was included or not so i had a bad experience when going to eat and they told me i was not included other than that everything was normal

The bed was massive and the room was of a good size as well. The shower was lovely.

The door on the shower didn’t close properly, and the location wasn’t the best with not much to do in the area but it was a lovely stay for a night

the bed was huge and comfortable and my dog was felt to feel very welcome with a little welcome gift. Location great with alot of amenities within walking distance. Good soundproofed windows and even a balcony.

I would have liked to have had a glass in the bathroom for mouth rinsing....I am British so tea and coffee and a kettle go a long way but understand this isn't a european thing. All in all very good, clean and comfortable room.

The receptionist was rude ?

They had an issue retrieving the money for the already paid reservation, and instead of checking with their provider, Booking, they transferred the problem to me, making me pay again for the same rooms I had already paid for. The case is currently under investigation by my credit card issuer, and they won’t get a penny from the scam, but it was a very bad experience.

Great location, fantastic value for money and a wonderful big comfy bed.

The room was big, clean and had the basic things that you need for one night. They offer free coffee and there was plenty of parking

We didn’t sleep at all because of noise in the corridor. We complained during the night and in the morning and we were told that the noise was due to a guest who was asked to leave in the end. The fact is that we didn’t sleep ( we were woken up by the noise at least 3 times during the night). When we complained , we were not offered any compensation or anything to improve our experience. Also, they are dog friendly but don’t have an area with grass or anything for dogs. Considering the expensive fee that they charge per dog ( 18 euros) I would’ve expected to have areas dedicated to dogs.

Shower was leaking, 18€ for the dog is a bt expensive because there was not a dog bed or towel. They could improve that but is a good place to stay anyway,

Perfect stop over on the way to southern Spain. By far the best hotel we used on the wayEverything else was first class.Large room, comfy beds, terrace to let some air in, fridge in the room and very clean

Only negative was the poor lighting in the room.

Good comfort, welcome , hotel "European standards". The basic price is low (63 € in October)

Hotel located about 8km from San Sabastian in a busy non-tourist area. Access is not easy. The breakfast cost 13.50€/person is really excessive

Very nice and modern property close to lots of essential shopping.

The location is not really Pilgrim friendly. But that is partially my fault. I should’ve recognize that.

We've traveled so many times with our little dog and this hotel is always our choice to stop in order to rest! Every year we drive from Germany to Portugal and then back, and this is the place we stay! it's directly on the way, comfortable, huge comfortable beds, clean, and most important, accepts dogs for a fair cost and we can leave our car inside of the parking lot as well, for a fair price! Never had problems regarding noises, despite the neighborhood is always full of young people, so the isolation is pretty good.

I just think that the hotel rooms should have a light on the roof and not only the side bed tables reading lights! The darkness is perfect to sleep, but when we need to wake-up really early to continue our drive, the light on the room is not enough to find our stuff!

Bed was comfortable, staff was terrific!

We have 2 dogs...6kg and 9 kg, and had to book a 2nd room. What a stupid policy!
