The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating when we needed to adjust the temperature in our room. Conveniently, there is a free car park located directly in front of the building.

The hotel is located in an industrial area right by the French border. There's a slot machine parlor on the ground floor frequented by some shady characters. We skipped breakfast as it was way overpriced, and the room itself felt quite dated.

Well situated for the journey from Caen to Costa Blanca being just on the border. Easy to find. Petrol station opposite to refill the tank for the onward journey. Friendly staff and large clean room. There is food available at the cafe/restaurant. I don't think there would be much outside the hotel given its location. Parking was easy in the car park. Good price for an overnight stop.

Easy access from the motorway. Private parking, 2 petrol stations nearby. Clean, large room with comfortable bed, and bathroom with power shower. Surprisingly quiet at night. Bar/restaurant with a variety of dishes and tapas. Staff helpful.

Breakfast adequate but could do with supervision at the coffee machine and toaster and to replenish items. Would be nice to have comfy chairs in the bar area.

Easy location to get to when traveling. Despite many truckers, there was no noise thus walls well insulated.Very clean everywhere, pleasant staff. Comfortable beds. This is 2nd time we're here. Recommend for 1day stop

Tea in room but no coffee or even milk

Terrible reception/check-in but the rest was good.

It took more then 45 minutes queuing at the desk to check in. The lone member of staff did not appear to be able to process guests as they arrived. She was either illiterate with computers or untrained but this was the only poor aspect of our stay. After driving 8 hours through Spain, the last thing we needed was such a long wait at the desk!

Is a quiet place, have good food and everything clean

The location is good for travel to and from Portugal

The restaurant always used to have a meal of the day menu in the evening which was 3 courses including wine for 16.50 euros . This experience was one of the main reasons for staying at this hotel It was always very good quality. Why change this to bar menu only , which is more limited , more expensive and not a great experience. We may not stay here again , but find somewhere else offering a more positive stay .

there was nothing we liked

CAREFUL! It is a hotel located between a gas station and a national road where trucks pass. The pictures and description DO NOT INDICATE this. It is a transit hotel for truck drivers and workers. I paid 130 euros/night with breakfast included, for a room where the window opens only if you request the opening handle at the reception, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom (I received it after I requested), only one towel to wipe the hands for 2 people, you can hear all the noises through the walls, breakfast with poor quality products and little variety. Avoid if you stay for several days for a vacation!

The towels are pretty old.The air conditioner stop working at 2am, we couldn’t reset it, they don’t leave the remote controle inside the room!!! I’ve to go all the way back to the reception, because there’s no phone in the bedroom either!!! they are the only ones, who has access to the controle. I asked if they could give me, he replied to me there was nothing he could a party to reset the air condition, I had ro wait 5 min in the middle of the reception at 2:30am to see if the air conditioning was going to work or not! I asked what happened if it don’t? He sarcastically replied: “if it work it work, if it didn’t work it didn’t!”after paid more that £100 for this place! How can someone who works as receptionist treat a customer like this? I then ask if it was possible to send the maintenance man to check on it. He told me he was on holiday!!!! Then suggested the key to open the window! Afterwords we couldn’t sleep, the air conditioning didn’t work, and when we opened the window, the room was more hot that Brazil

Inefficient stuff.Told me to use the key to open the window because the air conditioner was not working.Very incapable, very arrogant, unpleasant and unprofessional. Don’t remember he’s name maybe Joh.

The room was clean, modern and of good size. Good location with parking for an in route stop, but not for anything else .

Location was perfect for a stopover on the way to Alicante.Hotel was very clean with onsite parking and restaurant.Staff were friendly and helpful.Continental breakfast with good choiceGood size room, comfortable bed and very good bathroom with the best shower we’ve had on stopovers.Had evening meal in restaurant which was good and reasonably priced.

Only slight criticism was no milk in room though tea, coffee and kettle were provided and Im sure we could have asked.At breakfast there were no instructions on how to use the coffee machine, which looked like bean to cup but was in fact a pod system, but found a member of staff who made it for us. But wouldn’t stop us staying again.

The 1st room we had smelt smoke coming from the Game area. The Staff has been nice and changed our room immediatly..

Very good room at a good location right by the road. Parking place very close by and free, also option to load the car when needed. Good bed and nice shower.

The room was smelling after smoke, so that was basically the only thing what was wrong about the room.
