    Pros +

    • Nice location, large rooms, nice bar. My room has a terrace and a nice view of the castla
    • It was convenient for our over night stay
    • Facilities, clean, location

    Cons -

    • There is bad smell in the room coming from the toilets
    • Morning staff could be a bit more friendly totally cold attitude.
    • Terrible soundproofing. We had two rooms and neither person got any sleep. Both actually checked whether the window was open, the noise was so bad. And inside the hotel any movement in the corridor echoed as though the person was in the room with you.So what is the point of a hotel if you can’t sleep?

It was extremely difficult to get to the hotel and parking due to the game happening at the nearby stadium. There was extremely loud music being played at the property due to parties happening at the hotel. It was so painful we left and went to the Parador.

The hotel was in a good location for us, as we were visting the nearby private hospital, but it was an easy walk to the main Lorca area. Parking was very easy, right next to the hotel and plenty of space. We didn't have time to enjoy the facilities, spa, pool etc, but all looked very inviting. We were given a room on the 3rd floor with a terrace, which had great views towards the mountains

    all was good

Big room, slightly run-down Good bicycle storage

One bed moved for several inches with every turn aroundThe bathroom fittiings was difficult to handle The bathroom door was very dificult to open and closeThe spa was suprisingly closed

They have private parking and breakfast service, which are included in the price. They also provided a mini toiletry kit which was VERY useful.

I think those are old buildings that even if they are clean and maintained... you can feel that it might be not enough.

    Comfy bed & quiet room.

No coffee or tea facilities. Puddle of water in bathroom due to leaking radiator. Lot of road work going on outside of hotel which to us having to make a long detour to reach the hotel. No English speaking available on TV.

It was a lovely clean, modern and comfortable hotel. It was in a nice quiet area with easy walking into town. It had its own spa which, sadly, we didn’t have time to use. Nice restaurant

The location was very convenient for me . Didn’t have a breakfast. Stuff very friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Wifi is very good. Plenty of space to work (desk in room). I've stayed in this hotel around 5 or 6 times.

Breakfast is ok, but really could be better. The orange juice is particularly awful. Sorry. Also, a personal niggle: I wish hotels would put NON SUGARED natural yoghurts at breakfast. It's either sugared or sweetened with saccharine (even worse).

    Walking closeness to city centre

The spa was closed as it was a festive day in Spain. Second - the restaurant was in the lobby area and not a warm atmosphere for dinning.

The staff were very nice. The lady in the breakfast room was very helpful. We asked if possible to have hard boiled egg's and they delivered with no problem.

    9SandraPosted on: 12-24-2024

    The location was really good

SatNav didn’t help finding the small road that leads into the hotel by car, we kept passing it as it doesn’t look like a road

    9SaraPosted on: 12-21-2024

Great location, very quiet. We had a room with an outside balcony with fabulous view. There was outdoor seating looking right over the town and up to the castle. Room good size, super en-suite. All spotlessly clean and staff very efficient and friendly.

    location worked well

no early coffee and the parking was not free

    8ChristopherPosted on: 11-28-2024

Nice room with balcony with a view of the castle.

Breakfast a little disappointing. Fried food. Bacon ,eggs and sausages in large bowls unheated. So the food was cold.

    8CarmenPosted on: 10-30-2024

The hotel has large and bright rooms and bathrooms and a large free parking lot. The interior is not modern; the bed is comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant - very good food with nice plating, fast and good service. The breakfast is very rich with many options. Competent and kind staff.

The hotel is located behind the station and the railway lines, at 400 meters walking to the center in a straight road. Unfortunately, this straight road cannot be accessed for now because there are construction works, so either you stay isolated in the hotel, or you dare to walk over 1.5 km to the center, bypassing the constructions.Wifi was not working well.
