Great little place

No elevator

room and staff are excellent,and breackfast was perfect

The location are in the centre of piazza and walking distant to many cafe, bars, restaurants and shops. The Breakfast choice are really basic, typical 3 stars breakfast spread establishment. The room are decent and clean (which are important) There is no lift so if you with heavy luggage, be ready to carry it up some staircases.

The main door close at night. You have to use the side door to exit and enter at night. No reception available after midnight, the breakfast choice can be a bit better. When we arrived the reception didn't tell us there have a garage to park guest car. The shower cubicles, if you are over 180cm tall you have to 'duck' .

Excellent location with unexpected parking spaceHotel is located in the best Frascati location. Staff is absolutely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their town and Castelli Romani. Rooms and breakfast are perfect.

old-fashioned hotel which unfortunately has not keep up with the current standard of hotels. Small sink with no storage, small closets, ridiculously small TV, not a closed shower so splashes of water outside, etc.

The location, cleanness of the hotel were perfect!

There was no iron available, and the rooms were a bit cold (to be considered for the travel during winter time)

Everything worked as it should. Quick check-in and a clean spacious nicely decorated room. It was February and cold outside, but the room was well heated. A bit chilly in the bathroom, but still OK. Not my first stay here, everything as expected.

The breakfast was a disappointment. It's underground and the wall paintings cannot make up for this. Selection very limited. Nothing warm except coffee. One type cheese, one type of meat. Clearly room for improvement. There are many cafes around the hotel with a much better offer.

The location is perfect in the heart of Frascati. Unbeatable. It is a good hotel, especially if you are travelling for work. My room had a desk which I always appreciate.

It doesn't have a lift (but the staff is always happy to help with the luggage - thank you!). The ladies serving breakfast (at least the ones I met) don't speak English but make good cappuccino, so they are forgiven :-) The rooms could use a renovation soon.

The hotel is close to the central square, and breakfast has a nice ambiance. There was not too much noise outside the windows, so one could sleep well.

The shower was extremely small and mould was growing in some corners. The door was in disrepair and needed a lot of coaxing to shut properly. There was no elevator.

The location of Colonna is great. I was lucky and got an amazing quite and big room. During breakfast all was clean and tidy, but they could have a more complete continental breakfast. Overall I would recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the town of Frascati within easy walking distance to the railway station where excellent and very cheap trains take you to the centre of Rome in 30 minutes. An excellent bus service connects to the Rome Metro and to the neighbouring towns in the Castelli Romana. The hotel cafe/bar was closed for holiday on this occasion but there are numerous others close by. The hotel is clean and comfortable and provides a good buffet breakfast with freshly made coffee on demand.

Brilliant location, very helpful staff, nice breakfast, great stay

Our room was stayed to be a "junior suite" but turned out to be quite a small room but with a great view. Not really a major problem but not as grand as it sounded!

Perfect location, charming rooms with lots of art, friendly staff.

No parking, no coffee making facility in room (the cafe was closed for holidays). Value for money wasn’t good for a room upgrade.

Room was clean and location was excellent.

For a deluxe room , the room was small and parts of bathroom looked in need of repair.

Great location and feels like a familiar place. I had an accident in the shower and staff was very diligent in helping and assisting me.

The air conditioning doesn’t work constantly or based on guest preferences, apparently it is centrally controlled. The staff’s English proficiency could be improved

Location was perfect room was spacious and comfy. Parking option was a great asset and just loved the small town feel. Great place to enjoy the town! Highly recommended
