- The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed.
- Staff was incredibly rude, the iron in the room had black on it and ruined a $200 shirt and don¿t ask for a room on the 3rd floor. You will hear dragging chairs all night front the Bar balcony above.

- The staff were not customer friendly. At all. The overview of the city was less than 30 seconds (no exaggeration). Whenever we asked for assistance, it seemed like they were being bothered. There was nothing welcoming from beginning to end. Odd vibe.
