- No A/C in the entire hotel. It was 75 outside and was told that ¿it¿s warmer than normal right now and we have not turned in system for hotel¿ and to ¿just open the balcony door¿. It got to nearly 80 in the room and can you believe there was no screen

- I tried to cancel by booking because of an unexpected situation but priceline had no cancellation policy! I even went to reception in person and checked out 4 days before I was due to and they refused to give me a refund for an unused room. Unfair!!
- Worst room in the hotel. Next to generator, 1st floor of Seaview room booked well in advance. Was told no higher levels at check-in.
