Pros +
- Difficult to make a critical remake about the hotel or its staff, we had an issue with our room during the first night, the following morning on speaking with the reception staff we were moved to an upgraded room without any issues, fantastic service.
- Everything! The service is exceptional, the rooms are stunning, the grounds and pool area are immaculately maintained and cleaned every day. There are staff everywhere willing to help and they are so polite; nothing is too much to ask.

- If I had to say one thing, it would just be that the check in process took quite a long time. I would rather supply all my details beforehand to make the process quicker. It was lovely but when you've been travelling all day, you just want your room.
