Grand Concerto Hotel

Pros +

• The location is just perfect and close to everything. The staff is professional, courteous, friendly, welcoming and helpful. I stayed here again based on a previous positive experience and this hotel will be among my choices need I come to Beirut again.
• Overall first impression when stepping in was good. Lobby Looked modern and clean. Room looked clean and modern. Wyamm (sp) at front desk was very helpful.

Cons -

• Wi-Fi was not functioning properly this time around probably due to some technical malfunction but it was not bad. But all and all it was a good experience. Thank you Ms. Maha.
• Elevator old style, you had to manually pull door open and hold, which is difficult with luggage. Stairways have accumulation of layers of black dirt on both sides of the steps. The staff are told to clean but not trained. Woman at front desk was crabb
• The bathroom wasn't clean at all.
