Breakfast staff, cleaning staff, everyone goes above and beyond to make it very welcoming, as a home away from homeVery comfy beds, size of room and facilities. It's way too good to be classified a 2 star, this needs to be higherLiterally in the centre of town, could not ask for any better location between Rome and Nettuno

Bed ?️ uncomfortable I booked double bed but I found two single beds joined unbalanced matres uncomfortable toilet water flow is not smooth always remening in shower tub....
