Hotel Madrid

I'll simplify how they made us feel by saying the stay felt so special that I would buy the hotel if I could.

Everything, the service, room, peace, silence, staff, location, view...everything.

Clean good value

Noisy outside

A nice hotel in a good location. Everything was good and the best thing was the breakfast which was free of charge. I expected a simple continental breakfast but it was a buffet style breakfast. Thank you very much.

Everything was good

The cleanless was fine, beds are fine. Water temperature in the bath was controllable. Air conditioner was perfectly working.

Actually there is no internet there, if you connect its your problem. So keep that in mind that wifi is terrible terrible I visited many hotels but when somebody is in the neighbors bath, we heared everything, as well in the other neighbor room, luckily there was discomfort only at one night. The breakfast was highly boring. I did not though that yougurt validity was for 6 month... even milk validity was for 3 month, cucumbers where dry, So generally no heealthy food.

Perfect location, nice room, daily cleaning, very nice and helpful staff.”

Was very disappointed with the size of our room booked a city view but was looking out to a street and very small balcony couldn't even get out onto it

Lovely friendly hotel in a great location and a bonus getting breakfast too. Have stayed before and while definitely be back.

Everything is great- just what you would expect for the price.

Good breakfast.Good location for walking through the sea embankment.

Bed was not very comfortable.

Simple but very clean, super friendly staff. OK breakfast, I will come back!

Breakfast and the staff.

The pRoperty was cold, even with the ac on heat it never warmed the room(115).The ac unit needs a service or repLacing.

Very clean, friendly staff and comfortable

Lovely helpful staff, hotel and town spotless, room cleaned every day, breakfast lovely.

Walls a bit thin in room. Fridge but no tea making facilities. Would have preferred the latter to a fridge I ended up unplugging as it was a bit noisy.

Good breakfast and room

No internet connection in hotel bedrooms. Only able to access internet in hotel reception area.

Cleaner maintenance breakfast and night staff all went out of the way to make pleasant stay . Breakfast in the morning real good . Location great

Manager at check in put us in room at back of the hotel. . Room 315 . View was a demolished building with cookers fridges basically a tip . . Not a city view asked to be moved by front of house staff . Met a strange silence. We will see what we can do . Nothing was done . .

The location is very ideal to walk into town, marina. Also has very local Spainish feel. The breakfast was simple but decent choice for the price. Very good location to use bus to Alicante Airport.

Some more tourist information about things to do or go.

Lovely clean room. Very close to shops, bars and cafes and of course the beach.

No tea making facilities in room . Although there was bottled water.

Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly staff. Good value for the money I paid.

Nice location friendly staff.

Remote control should be checked of battery when the room is rented.

Affordable hotel in Torrevieja town, easy walk to the beach and the town centre. Large and comfortable room.

A little on the basic side, but the affordable price makes up for this.

In general, the hotel was comfortable and clean with good facilities. The staff were extremely helpful. Unfortunately the location was not to our liking. It was not within easy reach of restaurants or the town centre.

It is just a shame that the location is not better.
