Nothing at all the hotel is full of bedbugs and we left as 3am to find a different hotel it’s disgusting

This place is a joke full of bedbugs I have put a complaint in as we left at 3am to find a different hotel

The hotel is clean and breakfast was really good. Hot dishes were prepared everyday and breakfast area is nice and big. Staff is efficient and friendly. There was always hot water to take a shower.

The hotel is old and needs updating especially the furniture inside the room. Amenities could be better.

Large, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Juan on reception very helpful. Well placed for bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Room is spacious and comfortable. free street parking on the door step. Many restaurants and bars close by.We have stayed a few times and this is the first time we had breakfast at the hotel, thought it met all expectations. Plenty of cold options and also hot made to order : eggs, bacon, omelette etc....Staff are always pleasant and helpfulShampoo and other toiketries including toothbrushes in the room.

If I had to be picky I would say a few parts look dated and could do with a refresh, but not bad enough to put me off not going back. All in all it is very worth it and we will return again

The male on reception was rude and no manners…Although there’s a bar and restaurant why aren’t they open so had to walk into town for food and drink…

The location

The smell in the room. It has a very strong smell of cheap cleaning stuff. I could also hear how people were talking in the next room.

The situation was very good for restaurants and bars. ShoppingvMall over the fly over which included a supermarket.

Unable to buy food in hotel. No English available on tv.

It was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fridge and safe in the room.

There was no kettle in the room to make a hot drink.

Cold water on day 3. Outdoor area not in good condition. Pictures seem old. Reception need a refresh.

Location excellent for us, breakfast was good, deluxe double room with sitting room was excellent, very comfortable.
