It is December so off season, I was there on business and had been there last month also so knew what to expect, there is no bar open at this time of year and no restaurant, but once you know that in advance it's fine, they should make it clear when you are booking that this is the case. That being said, the rooms are perfect, clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and unobtrusive. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around so the lack of same in the property is not a problem. Underground parking at 15 Euro a day is useful. I didn't book breakfast for the same price as the parking, I did last time and it's not great, better to go out for coffee and pastries, lovely options within walking distance.

The hotel was very comfortable and in a nice location with underground parking. We were happily surprised that the pool was still open as the website had indicated it would be closed for the season.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was very big and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern a clean. The pool area is very nice, great swimming and nice atmoshere. I think this hotel is a nice oasis in busy Torrevieja

Rooms are starting to tire but was exactly as expected for the price we paid.

One of the staff walked into my room at 9 AM without knocking while I was partially undressed in bed. She did not knock and this is not acceptable behavior.
Breakfast was good. The cooked breakfast could have been better presented.

The suite was a disgrace no pictures on the walks no water no coffee no information mobile plus could not work as old sockets hotel did not have and adapter to fit or sell
We were given a nice large room with a terrace and the bed was a large Queen bed, very comfortable.
Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in April to visit family. Good location, central and close to bars, shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was large with 1 large double bed (bit uncomfortable!) and a fridge for convenience. TV, plenty of storage and with a balcony overlooking the pool that got the afternoon and early evening sunshine. Overall, we were really pleased with the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast or any food and the bar was not open at all whilst we stayed.
Friendly greeting and swift check in. We arrived early but our room was ready. Good sized room clean and comfortable would recommend location good to .
Parking is not bad.
The worst room that you can imagine for your family. The room does not contain wall beetween shower and room. Maybe it is ok for couples but not for family with 1 or more children.
