Friendly staff. Heat in the room. Clean. Comfy bed. Easy street parking. I would stay again when in town.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff. Somewhere safe to store our bikes. Lots of hot water for showers Excellent value for money.

Our room was a bit dark with only a window with obscured glass, this made it dark with no view. The room was a bit cold we stayed when it was cold and rainy, though there were extra blankets we were warm enough in bed.

Great location, very clean comfortable room, the staff very friendly, good local restaurants by the hotel and supermarket.

Rooms at the front might be a little bit noisy due to cafe next door, but rooms at the back are a bit dark. Just choose what's more important to you.No breakfast facilities so on Monday morning not such a big choice of places nearby to eat breakfast.

The hotel was very nicely appointed though it is not a boutique hotel. The appointments are not as cutting edge as a NH or RoomMate hotel. But the furniture and facilities are excellent. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet. 24h reception. Parking was easy and free on a nearby street. Walking distance to the Casco Historico (800m). Breakfast and lunch café next door. Large bathroom with large tub and good lighting. After Madrid, the hotel's rates are an absolute steal! There's a refrigerator in the reception that has cold drinks for €1.00. Pet friendly. They were welcoming to my 10kg well trained dog. Pet fee is around €12 if I remember correctly. Highly recommended.

No refrigerator in the room is my only complaint.

A little far out from the center of town, so it’s about a 10-15 minute walk. Wifi a little slow.

Pleasant hotel with small but adequate room. Friendly staff at the desk. Good price. A/C was VERY efficient.

No view out the window, but that’s not a real problem. It was about a 15-minute walk from the bus station and about 10 minutes to the historical part of town.

Centrally situated, within easy walking distance of most tourist locations, and of course places to eat or a quiet drink and the usual tapa, where time only goes as fast as you push it....

That we only had a few days there, maybe next time we'll have more time......

Staff were great, very helpful and allowed me to check out late with no extra charge which was lovely. The location is great for exploring Úbeda and is only about a 20 minute walk from the bus station. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance too.

Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work in my room (305) and the shower changed to cold for about 10 seconds every minute, which certainly woke me up!

Excellent treatment from friendly staff, who even spoke very good German. Comfortable room with nice views into Ubeda town and mountains.
