All good in general. Nice, helpful people.

I did not like checkout time at 10 am. I am not sure if this a trend in the industry or particular to this hotel. In my opinion this is really a very wrong move. This said, they were flexible with us and with the parking.Checkout time should be at 12. I am aware of the cleaning staff... But there is plenty of time after 12 to clean a room.

The parking was a bit complicated, but the receptionist explained everything. We dropped off our luggage first, checked in and were given a card for the parking garage in the city.The room was spacious and we had everything we needed. There was even a fridge, which was not mentioned in the description.

The parking is a bit far away. The price for such a small city was rather high, given that no breakfast was included. The reception was closed in the evening and early morning.

Everything was fabulous. The rooms spotlessly clean, super friendly and accommodating staff. Everything seems very modern and stylish. Excellent location and within walking distance to everything. Wound definitely return in the future without a doubt. Thank you!

The hotel itself was lovely as was the room. Very good location

The bed was way too small so my husband didn’t get any sleep. Asked if there were any rooms with larger beds but they are all a standard double. Our friends shower was tiny so had trouble getting into it. The lift is very very slow so easier to walk up the stairs

We arrived at night a bit lost and couldn't see the sign well. Other than that, the rest was perfect!!?

The private balcony allowed sunset viewing from the town centre. The room was thoroughly cleaned daily.

The hotel is a delightful surprise. The room we stayed in was beautifully designed with very modern facilities. The bed was comfortable and the touch panel for the lights a state of the art.

We had a room on the ground floor and on one end of the room the WiFi connectivity was insufficient. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The location of the hotel is good.

The hotel advertises itself as "luxury" but there is nothing luxurious about it. To start with, there is no parking (we had to walk 10 minutes with our luggage). No breakfast is being served. The room had no chairs (only two stools), the towels were not properly dried, there was no 24 hour reception and the rooms were noisy. Worst of all, the bed was far too narrow for two grown-ups, as a result of which we did not sleep a lot. Finally, I would like to mention that we received an app from the owner with the request to rate the hotel "10" on Booking and that should not happen.

Very well situated, right in the center of town, everything is new and all the doors are automated so you walk right in with an access code. Great value for your money.

I love the fact that this hotel is right at the center of Ubeda . All restaurant bar ...are new by . The hotel team is very responsive and I was getting reply to question in the next 5 min

Very simple modern rooms in a renovated building situated close to the historical quarter. Spotlessly clean. Staff helpful and friendly though access is via code and we had limited contact.

Not really a criticism but there is no food service or bar. There are cafes for breakfast nearby.

The hotel faces from one side transit street which causes some traffic noise in the morning.

No catering. Disabled parking difficult, but facilities in the buiding were good.

everything was super clean and I loved the concept of two separate bed areas in one room. if you are travelling with someone you aren’t necessarily beat friends with it gives a sense of privacy.

checkout time is a little bit early. but they also facilitate quite an early check in, so swings and roundabouts!
