The hotel is lovely. The manager was very nice and accommodating. The room was excellent, the location is wonderful, but we were not aware of the difficulty in driving to the hotel.

It was very hard to find. At checked in, clerk was very abrupt and dismissive. She did not make any attempt to help us understand, did not speak any English and did not appear to understand us. The wifi was not strong enough to text--very disappointing.

In the room with terrace, the bathroom is poorly accessible for tall people due to the roof slope

Everything was perfect

The room was very clean, and nice, it looked out over old square., i thoght it might be noisy at night, but it quieted down quickly. the staff was helpful , and spoke english.

the location for driving was difficult, if you have car the streets are Very Narrow and hard to maneuver even with compact car, they mentioned parking at the hotel, but it was few public lots with very few spaces, so we ended up in ider ground lot paying almost 27 euro for the night, and the spaces very tight. we thoght breakfast was included, but it turned out not to be, that was an extra 10 euros each. for buffet type.

I was lucky to get a room, but this one has a sloping ceiling (not flat) which makes a part of the room to has a lower ceiling and made it difficult to move around that side of the room but you can avoid it. Just my room in particular which is at the top, with incredible views of the town through an open terrace, though. .

The hotel is set in a small piazza walking distance to the historical centre. The room was not big but very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Navigating the narrow roads to get to the hotel was a challenge but once we arrived, we were delighted by our choice of hotel!

This is a very comfortable and clean property in the historic center of the city. The mattress on the bed was particularly comfortable. Very tasty breakfasts are served in this hotel. You can park your car nearby but it is not always easy. But there are different parking lots in Ubeda. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

no safe, shower had problems both with pressure and temperature, from hot and high pressure to cold and just a dribble of water.

A little road noise.

The hotel is housed in a typical Andalucian 'grand house' organised around a central patio. It faces the Town Hall in the old part of the city. The rooms are of a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good: a self service buffet with a range of Spanish and international dishes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. The hotel is not luxuriously appointed, but this is reflected in the good value prices.Being in the centre of the old town there is no hotel parking - but there is an underground car park only 10 minutes away on foot (& closer on street parking if you know where to look).

Exceptionally clean and spacious both bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Bed was huge. Hotel was right in the historic centre and the central atrium was beautiful. Only one small snag is that we had to park the car a 10 minute walk away. But you can't be in an old historic centre and expect easy parking, so that was ok.

Nothing, the hotel was perfect. Just the parking was a bit inconvenient but that was to be expected.
