The Parking is free and very close.The courtyard is charming.The Staff helpful and have good English skills. We really enjoyed sitting in the lobby in the evening with the fire going.The hotel would be delightful in summer or winter.Very close to sites.

We paid extra for the suit. was worth it. The inroom coffee maker did not work.

I like the hotel as whole

I didn't like that no trolley man to help also I send a message that I couldn't reach the hotel because no available taxi but you didn't reply

Really lovely place, with a complimentary glass of wine in the afternoon. The pool would be lovely in the summer. We got an exceptional price in low season mid week. Truly splendid.

Our visit was short but excellent. The property is very modern with stylish traditional touches. Very comfortable and very central. Situated walking distance everywhere and right next to a public car park made our visit very enjoyable. We will be back!

The decor and service and location

It’s a short walk to the city centre. The staff was very friendly. And the room was very spacious.

Location, staff and room were all excellent.

This is not a dislike, just a suggestion. We love the pool, perfectly cool on a hot summer's day, but a few more pieces of pool furniture (Beds, chairs, tables) would offer more people, more places to relax.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room with sitting area, friendly staff, walkable to many restaurants.I accidentally left my refrigerated medication in our room when we left. The front desk called me within 10 minutes of our departure to let me know. I am so grateful for this.

They had no iron in the room, and we could only change the temperature of the AC by going to reception

Very comfy bed

The motor of the mini fridge is our room was incredibly noisy, going on and off all night. When I reported it in the morning the receptionist already knew about it and apologised. Next time we come to stay we will ask in advance if the fridges have been sorted out or we will look for a new venue.

No parking. Both free car parks full and had to pay 14 euros for overnight parking .

They did only change the sheets of one bed and that is quite disgusting.Also it is not a real 4* as they do not have a bag rack all 4* have e.g. and it is not clean enough

Hotel is nice, clean and close to the city center. Staff is very nice and supportive. All places in Ubeda can be easily reached on foot. Access by car and parking is a bit tricky first because of narrow one-way streets where navigation gets confused. But once you learn where the parking places are and how to get there, it is OK.

Breakfast is still the same and not very impressive - not very good coffee, no hot food, only one type of cheese.

Very nice hotel. The pool was just perfect at almost 50°.

Nothing negative. ButI would have liked to see a small refrigerator in a 4* hotel.

Very clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, clean and rationally equipped bathroom. Friendly staff and excellent location. Two free of charge parking lots nearby and one for charge. Some streets are very narrow, just to be aware

Good quiet location. Nice staff. Excellent WiFi. Good patio and the WiFi worked out there too. The hotel texted me, the day before I arrived, with 4 parking options nearby.

Room got very warm, impacting sleep quality. Reception adjusted the temperature on the AC but it only made a slight difference. Woke in the middle of the night perspiring. Difficult getting back to sleep in the heat.I was surprised that there wasn’t a fridge and a safe in the room. It’s a four star hotel.The grout in the shower had a lot of black mould.

Modern hotel, friendly reception staff, spacious room, comfortable bed.

Breakfast was good value with a decent choice of items. however, the quality could have been better; both the orange juice and the coffee, in particular, were lacking flavour.

The hotel is in a good location and close to many bars and restaurants. Breakfast was adequate.

Hotel was overpriced. Room was quite small and the toiletries supplied were very basic.
