The hotel is located at the edge of the oldtown. Thus, the alleys are a bit narrow and needs pay extra attention with cars. Interior of the hotel is the same as the photos, very charming. The staffs all are really helpful with all the questions.Room was spacious with all the things we need. The bathroom is a bit small, but manageable. Bed is comfortable, but a bit soft side.

No lift.

The location is perfect right on the historical sight!

The hotel should advise the customers always that it has NO parking! In fact the parking is near the hotel and it is a public parking very crowded. We were afraid to stay without a place and had to wait for someone to leave ! Also it has no lift and we climbed 4 stairs . This should be made clear in case someone is disabled.

Centrally located, clean, room was spacious and very comfortable and from the balcony had an excellent view of the square in front of the restaurant.Interior of the hotel was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were extraordinary and went out of their way to help.Free parking was available nearby.Definitely a place to stay when visiting Úbeda.

The temperature hot water shower was very difficult to control so at times the water was either too hot or too cold.

Small family run hotel In delightful Renaissance property facing a quiet plaza just off the Main Street of “ old” town. Free parking close bye but limited free spaces. Part time reception but keys allowed entrance to premises and rooms at all times.Rooms (seen) rather small set around a quiet courtyard and balcony which gave additional space to sit.Coffee machine available for guests in courtyard but often limited pods and no milk.Everything spotlessly clean.Comfortable bed. Adequate toiletries. Good shower.Excellent breakfast.

Room had no small fridge.Hand basin was in the bedroom space.Toilet separated from bedroom by frosted glass door open above and below.

The Wii Fii was totally useless. It basically did not work at all. Which was frustrating because we use the internet to search out places to visit in the town. To look at bus schedules and plan our forward travel plans.

Beautiful interior decoration in a historic building setting, run by a small & passionate team. Despite our little command of Spanish & theirs of English, communication went well. Big bed with a great mattress, no ‘street noise’ also due to thick walls, so nice & cool in hot summer. Breakfast was splendid, a nice combination of (fresh & dried) fruits, cheese, cold meats, boiled gg, avocado, and huge croissants, etc, served with fruit juice, coffee/ tea, and a fresh drink joghurt. Small fridge & hospitality tray (coffee & teas) in the room ?.

One of the best boutique hotel I ever stayed. I booked for a day, but the hotel and the city of Ubeda convinced me to stay one more. Gracias.

Great location, staff, amazing breakfast, beautiful hotel, very comfortable bed. The room in the first floor was light, comfortable, nicely decorated and very pleasant.

The ground floor room was a bit dump and dark.

Superbly located , close to the actual heart of the town . The breakfast was exceptional.

Our room 102, was extremely bijou bore no resemblance to any of the rooms pictured on the website I realise they are probably far more expensive.

Great location in a wonderful building. Comfy bed.

It sounds petty, but the water in the shower was hot and the wifi is terrible. There was also noise from the second floor in both our rooms.

Location could not have been better. Breakfast was a lovely experience with a variety of tasty things to eat.

Bathroom would benefit from a towel rail and the basin tap was a little wobbly. Other than those minor things the room exceeded our expectations.

Room very small and cramped with very bad layout of shower, toilet and wash basin.

Lovely converted house with a friendly ambience. The bed was very comfortable, as was the room. We liked the larger mugs available to make tea in the room.

We thought extra insulation on the plumbing would be helpful as we could hear upstairs’ toilet flushing.

Lovely staff, very nice covered seating area. Great healthy breakfast. Room very clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend
